“I am absolutely blown away by Above All Catering! The team was so sweet, professional, and accommodating. I was looking for a catering company for my engagement party and came across Above All Catering on Instagram.

My fiancé and I had a tasting at their head quarters in Anaheim, CA with Danielle. We were greeted by her asking if we wanted anything to drink and was escorted to their tasting room (which had the most beautiful table setting). Their glassware, chargers, plates, and cutlery were top tier and from my understanding you can rent those out. So that is a bonus! They also had a menu customized to what we wanted to try for our tasting. We started off with appetizers, salads, main courses, and finishing it off with dessert. We then met our chef Marcos and were able to ask Danielle and Marcos any questions we had. We wanted the theme of our party to be "That's Amore" and appreciated that they were able to come up with a menu to match the theme and we also upgraded to adding in a bar service. The whole team was very attentive and keen on those details, so we were excited to have them on board for our party.

On the day of our event, they arrived early, greeted us, and served the food and drinks on time. The food and drinks were so delicious; my guests could not stop raving at how yummy it was! Not only did we love the food and drinks, but we also admired how well the team exceeded our expectations.

“Personalized service like no other! The Cubano is the favorite thing I've had so far. I don't really like sandwiches like that, but I'll make an exception for this. “We’ve been guests at several Canyon Catering events, so I was very comfortable choosing them for our Graduation Luncheon. It was a small event-40 guests, we chose a cold deli menu, so only needed delivery and setup. Working with Maggie was excellent; she answered all of my questions and put me at ease. The delivery and setup went very well. Everyone at CC is so pleasant and friendly, and does their job well. All of our wrap sandwiches were delicious 😋 and the salads so fresh and attractive. “This is one of our favourite places in Placentia, and just can’t be beat on price.

I love the red Barbacoa tacos and the consume (which is not on the menu but which you CAN order separately).

I also love that you get your own sides and napkins, etc, as that has really sped up the service and reduced waste by allowing us to get exactly what we want and no more. It’s usually the perfect amount of time from when you order to go over, grab what you want (from the three kinds of salsa, cut limes (or lemons, depending on the day), cilantro, and onion-cilantro mix).

FEEDBACK: I’ve noticed recently that some of the tacos have included really fatty bits of meat, which has turned off some of my friends from eating there with me. Some reinforcement for the cooks to ensure a consistent mix of fat and meat in the tacos might be helpful.“

“This might be the best pizza I've ever had. Our office complex in Irvine started hosting bi-weekly food trucks at lunch and Hobo Co Pizza was here the first week. Never had a pizza from a food truck but was intrigued. The lady who took my order was super friendly and we had a nice little chat while I was ordering. Took only about 10 minutes for my order to be ready and I took it back to my office.

I was pleasantly greeted by a wonderful looking pizza on first glance, prepared the way I like it. Cooked perfectly with a thin crust with a nice thick, bubbly, slightly charred edge, certainly passed the visual inspection. It only got better from there, the first bite was incredible. The crust is the star of this pizza, has a nice light crisp on the outside and a perfect chew. The sauce is exceptional, both in flavor and application, not too much, not too little, just the right amount.

I can confidentially say this is the best pizza to ever grace the borders of Irvine, unfortunately it's not a permanent fixture here, although I hope they come back frequently. I'll certainly be letting Irvine Co. know how I feel about them and requesting they invite them back often.“

“We go here often to try some of the festive and innovative food they have. The service wasn't the fastest this time around but we did enjoy the festival of holidays show while we waited so it was all good.
We ordered the Boat Snacks Burrito, I was low-key, scared that there was too much going on as far as what was in it. To my surprise, it was amazing. The juicy kalua pork with the crunch from the cole slaw and the sweet and tangy pineapple was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The mac salad was island style, not da kine you but at the grocery store. My husband liked it as well. We were fighting over it, lol.“

The servers and bartender we had were professional and friendly with all ours guests. Great service and so helpful.
