“When it was a choice between this and McDonald’s, we thought about going hungry instead. But happy we went to Chipotle. Sometimes workers love to play their TikTok reels without headphones during their break times- but hey ho, it's an individualist society at times.

I should be able to make some beans and salad, eat at home and save money! Also what grown adult is eating McDonald’s or drinking vegetable bum water aka Coca Cola… come on lads- grow up.“

“I've been here a few times in the past few years, but this review is for a recent pick-up order, which was solid. The order was accurate, the food was good, and I had no complaints.

The Food:
I ordered a steak quesadilla for pick-up through the app, and apparently that's the only way to get one. Kinda odd, but I ain't complaining since the quesadilla was huge, had plenty of gooey cheese, and came with 3 included sides. Is it the best quesadilla ever? No. Was I thoroughly satisfied? Yes!

The Service:
I can't accurately review the customer service for a dine-in experience, but I can say the one staff member who helped me was great. He saw me looking for my order at the pick-up shelf area and asked for my name. He came back in about 30 seconds. He was friendly and courteous.

The Setting:
This location has a good amount of tables and I would consider it a medium to large size Chipotle -- good for parties of 4 to 6 people, though 7 to 10 could possibly push some tables together to make it work. Though I didn't stay, I did find it clean and well stocked.

The Conclusion:
From a pick-up order perspective, this Chipotle location delivered as promised while the food was solid. Is it the best Latino food ever? Hardly. But for a chain, it has its online orders down.“

“This was my first visit to this location. I was on a business trip and decided to have lunch at this Chipotle. I ordered a burrito bowl and believe that it comes with a tortilla, whether it's at an extra cost or not. The young lady took my order, and I advised her that I wanted the burrito bowl after she had added all the items I required inside the bowl. She proceeded to take the next customer order. I kindly asked her where the tortilla was that goes with the burrito bowl. She stated to me with an attitude that it was extra and that it was not included, as if I was requesting it for free. I politely advise her that, whether it's an extra cost or not, I require a burrito bowl, which implies that I would like to have the tortilla. If that's not the case, all of the bowls would be considered burrito bowls 🤔. She said, 'Well, this is not Florida; here, you have to ask for it, period.' SMH“

“I wanted to share an amazing experience I had today! My card declined at the register because it was locked, and I was super embarrassed. The staff was so kind and understanding, and they generously offered to cover my lunch. I was so relieved and grateful! Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I really appreciated their help.
