“I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Subway honestly deserves it. Every time I come here, they’re so sweet and patient. They never make me feel rushed, and they always give me whatever condiments I need even if I ask for extra sauces or something small like gloves. They don’t act annoyed or anything, they just do it with a smile.
The place is clean, they make the sandwiches exactly how I like them, and the workers just have really good energy. It’s rare to find a fast-food spot where the staff actually cares, but this location really does. I always leave feeling taken care of. Definitely my favorite Subway.😊😊😊“

“Went inside an ordered my usual, 6 inch black forest ham sandwich, cut in half, with black olives, pickles, lettuce and mayo on the side. Raul, took care of my order. He was very nice, and friendly. I loved his personality. This is my go to Subway, from now on. I highly recommend you guys to stop by. You will not regret it. I hope see him, on my next visit. 😊“

“Used the $5.99 Footlong Offer for Tuna and got 2 lunch meals out of it. It's made according to their listed ingredients for the offer, but still sufficed. I then got the jalapeno kettle chips and macadamia nut cookies plus the lemonade drinks all to go.Sandwich makers are fast and friendly.Place is clean but empty each visit.Not the best parking area as there's a security guard present but that is somewhat comforting. I'm in and out on the way home.“

“All Subways are pretty much the same, they all have the same menu and they get their food from the same distributors. That s what I like about Subway, I know what to expect and the quality is fair. I also like the fact that everything they make is custom made so you get all the toppings you want and nothing you don't want. The only differences between Subways is cleanliness and customer service and usually they are good about cleaning and service.“

“Hey this Subway is in the Shell gas station and is in the back when you enter the little convenience store the food is really good it's open 24 hours you can't beat that because not many places are open this late in Orange County or North Orange County so it's very convenient prices are okay and the food is pretty good especially even late night and services acceptable nothing of the exemplary but good place to get food when you're hungry and a good sandwich I recommend it

“Placed order thru Uber eats, paid for priority, however the subs (x4) took over 40 minutes to prepare and deliver.

The food itself had generous portions and was flavourful. We had the veggie delight and all the ingredients were fresh, the salad was crunchy and plentiful unlike the UK versions.“

“Good service and my sandwich always comes out perfect every time I ordered. I usually get Italian BMT with spinach, bell pepper, onion, and olives toasted together extra toasty. “Went in for lunch earlier today. I was welcomed by two ladies working, and a minute later, someone else also arrived for pick-up.

They were still making my sandwich since they were working on someone else's order prior, and were short some ingredients. I was asked about alternate cheese, which I'm fine with.

Another customer arrived for a lunch but was informed they didn't have the Italian bread, so he went with wheat.
I can understand, the location isn't without its supply issues. I'd recommend having a written notice of what's unavailable when it's unavailable.

Toasted sandwich was quite nice and toasted, warm. Flavorful. Friend also enjoyed his sandwich.

I did have a tiny wait, but I'd rather have a small wait for a properly made sandwich than not. Everything was fresh.

Something I noticed is that there are three 'tiers' of coupons accepted in different areas, FL699 vs FL799 vs FL899, etc. I used a coupon to get two subs here. That said, there are local item offerings inside the Subway/on the menu that are around $10~$11, which is important to note when choosing Subway.

While every other place is phasing out of affordability, getting a solid meal for less than $10 is becoming increasingly difficult. I do get a bit more full from Del Taco's $10 box, but for $1~2 less, Subway works better, and is healthier. At least, when it's a good Subway. I found my time here to be good, though it's always up to timing, my 5 stars can easily be your 3 stars, so on-so forth.

This is drastically different to my visit more than 10 years ago; I had ordered a sandwich with no chips, but the music was blaring and the guy at the counter wasn't listening properly; I was charged for a combo when I just wanted a sandwich, didn't even get stopped for my chips.“

Arturo in particular was very friendly and polite, and he made our sandwiches exactly as we asked! “I have been coming here for a couple a years and their customer service has always been so great and friendly, but it seems like the new workers don't do the job as well as the old workers use to. :/ they don't really smile at you or treat you very friendly all the way.
