“I think I used the parking lot. I get a ham with jalapeño jack cheese on white, plain. Ham and cheese and the bun. It is literally the hardest sandwich they have to make cuz they can't wrap their head around the choice. The sandwich jockey will point at every condiment just for me to say No, ham and cheese only... No olives? Ham and cheese only please, you don't want tomatoes? Ham and cheese bro. No onions?.... sometimes I say yes to the salt and pepper just to make them feel better.“

“Very clean and pretty fast. I used to come in here to order and they are usually pretty generous with the way they make the subs. Lately I have been ordering for pickup and so far I have not had any issues with the orders at this location compared to others I have been to.“

“Hey this Subway is in the Shell gas station and is in the back when you enter the little convenience store the food is really good it's open 24 hours you can't beat that because not many places are open this late in Orange County or North Orange County so it's very convenient prices are okay and the food is pretty good especially even late night and services acceptable nothing of the exemplary but good place to get food when you're hungry and a good sandwich I recommend it

“Bought a turkey foot long, and the counter where the ingredients were kept was fresh, clean, nothing out of the ordinary. The tables, chip racks were clean and organized. Great customer service, there were some uplifting employees there that helped me have a better experience.“

“Edit: I raised my rating because I immediately received a detailed response from the store, which shows they do care, and i believe them when they say they will work to improve that. Most companies just write short generic apologies and give an email for any further quedtions so this shows they really want to do better. And that's all im asking for. This is my nearest subway so I've gone here many many times and know the hours, but if I'm going loser to closing time I still call to see if they are actually open so I don't show up just to find the door locked early. Tonight, that's what happened. I was told they close at 12 (midnight) showed up at 11:40 p.m. but the door was locked. The employee was mopping and had all the chairs already stacked up and all food was already put away so he clearly had closed everything down even earlier then when I showed up. I've worked closing shifts at a restraunt many times so I get that employees want to just get off and go home at the end of the night. Closing down any type of food establishment can take a while. However that's your job! Working a closing shift almost never means getting off right at closing in the restraunt industry. If the hours say open until midnight, you don't close at 11:15.still, it wouldn't have bothered me enough to write a review, except the employee working just turned his back to us and completely ignored us and another customer that had showed up at the same time. That is just rude and unnecessary. At least acknowledge the customers and apologize or explain why you needed to close down so early. It's really simple.“

“All Subways are pretty much the same, they all have the same menu and they get their food from the same distributors. That s what I like about Subway, I know what to expect and the quality is fair. I also like the fact that everything they make is custom made so you get all the toppings you want and nothing you don't want. The only differences between Subways is cleanliness and customer service and usually they are good about cleaning and service.“

“Used the $5.99 Footlong Offer for Tuna and got 2 lunch meals out of it. It's made according to their listed ingredients for the offer, but still sufficed. I then got the jalapeno kettle chips and macadamia nut cookies plus the lemonade drinks all to go.Sandwich makers are fast and friendly.Place is clean but empty each visit.Not the best parking area as there's a security guard present but that is somewhat comforting. I'm in and out on the way home.“

“I love Subway. This one was a little hole in the wall strip mall, but the service was great and friendly. The sandwich was delicious as usual...the meal even came with a delicious cookie! I also love that they have Fuze in the soda machine.“

“Went here 2 days in a row. 1st day, a young lady took our orders and made us 2 perfect and fresh sandwiches, and she was very pleasant. 2nd day, an older lady took our orders, my bread was stale, and my sandwich was poorly slapped together, she just seemed annoyed we were even there to have to make a sandwich.“

“Good service and my sandwich always comes out perfect every time I ordered. I usually get Italian BMT with spinach, bell pepper, onion, and olives toasted together extra toasty. Always come back this location, never disappointed . I would like to recommend to come here . Don't forget to follow covid guidelines lol“

“The price on subway it's not the best, but since we already know that, I gotta say that the women in this lacation impressed me, they work at a fast speed, serve good portions of ingredients, are polite and have patience with the clients, I really liked it.“

“This is just the second time I came to this location ans I just wanted to say both times I had a great experience. The workers were very helpful. Knew what they were doing .. they do speak very good English .. my first visit she spoke broken English but she made sure she understood my request. She knew exactly what to do . Great workers!!! Place is emaculate . They turn off the fountain drinks due to people coming in and trying to refill and run ??. But they do use gloves and place new gloves when they go to the next customer. AC inside the facility which is great! Music you can hear just enough that just makes this environment comfortable and enjoyable place to sit and eat.“

“I have been coming here for a couple a years and their customer service has always been so great and friendly, but it seems like the new workers don't do the job as well as the old workers use to. :/ they don't really smile at you or treat you very friendly all the way. The food is still great and yummy though! :D“

“Great customer service from the guy named Jesus! I went for a sandwich and got it right away even if there was a lot of other customers, he had a great attitude! (Don’t usually see this from other workers) I will definitely be coming back!“
