“Exceeded our expectations and then some! The restaurant, itself, is warm, inviting and you can feel the love that went into it all. The moment I walked in I found myself smiling and taking in all that was there. The food… perfect! The meat was excellent and the fresh produce was exactly that, fresh and tasted amazing. The bacon was cooked perfectly… and the size of the patty is WAY bigger than you will ever get at any fast food dive. Some may think it’s pricey but it’s only about 2 dollars more than a meal combo at any of the fast food places, who’s burgers are small in size huge in processing and fat. The produce you’ll get from those places are old and the lettuce will not be nutritional. The meal here is far better for you, the amount of what you get is far FAR more than other places and for just a couple of bucks more… it’s a no brainer. You CAN eat something like a good old fashioned burger AND feel good knowing it’s better for ya than the fast food spots and tastes FABULOUS! The meat is certainly fresh! HIGHLY recommend. Oh and the ladies there are so nice and so sweet!“

“We had all sorts of pizza from them and they were all delicious 😋 the whole extended family and family couldn’t resist. They are 100% better than the dominoes. There wasn’t a piece left out of 6 pizzas. And they also put them in a thermal bag to keep them hot till I got back to wallangarra. Great food 👍🏻👍🏻“

“We tried Lumberjacks again today after reading reviews on the Redding Restaurant Review and hearing they had new management and we were very impressed! The new manager, I believe his name tag said Gary was very personable, he was greeting folks as they came in and left. The food was hot, fresh and back to the normal portion sizes they used to have. We had stopped going due to poor management and just complete lack of customer care with the old manager. We will definitely be back! New management and team are wonderful 👏 😀.“

“Staff is always friendly and speedy with getting the food out. Food is also great! I usually get a hot link Chicago dog style and add lettuce (it’s basically a sandwich at that point, highly recommend) but I saw they recently started making burgers on Fridays! Got one today and I can honestly say that it was the best local burger I’ve had in quite some time. A perfect, classic burger, and a good-sized patty at that. Well done guys!“

“We come here about once a month now. Great place for kids as the train above will keep them entertained. I ordered the $20.00 1lb burger as seen in the picture and you can add all kinds of toppings! Also comes with 1 of 4 sides. Needless to say I had to cut it down in pieces that I could eat with one hand. The bun is even freshly made!“

“This was our first time to In-N-Out burger Although the front was fairly clean and organized. The workers were nice and friendly. However the bathrooms are deplorable. For a restaurant this size and this caliber, the restrooms should be in much better.“

“Dinner date for our 9 year anniversary was absolutely perfect thanks to Mike at Cafe Paradisio! Everything was delicious, we had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival, didn’t wait even 2 minutes for water and our drink order. I had red wine and husband had a beer both came out at the same time promptly. We ordered our dishes and while waiting for our meals we could hear other guests around us gushing in joy about how amazing their dishes were! Once ours arrived we dug in and then HAD to try eachothers too; both were above and beyond incredible! If you haven’t been you need to go! We will now be making this our date night place! Went with a couple of friends, service was great food was extremely good wife and I shared deep fried artichokes and dip, friends had the wagu burgers and not one single complaint.

“This is an amazing spot for breakfast. Parking is difficult in larger trucks unless you park on the street which we did. The Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had, the hollandaise was the perfect consistency and the ham was flavorful. The waitress was very attentive and kind. My husbands corned beef hash was very tasty. Pastrami sandwich very flavorful. Highly recommend the fresh cinnamon roll too - only complaint is the price. I had a couple kids who ordered the small kids meals(eggs + 1 piece of bacon or sausage), along with hot chocolates (which have to be $5+ a piece) plus our two coffees and the bill was over $100. Not expected but very high quality and wonder I service, so it’s worth the extra penny. We will definitely be back the next time we come through Redding!🍳 🤤

Ps. We did see a man punching himself in the face in the gas station parking lot next door, harassing everyone trying to get gas. Also a large homeless population in this area so, you know, always be aware of your surroundings“
