“I have not been back at Anderson Walmart for many months. I have read all the negative press about Walmart's customer service issues and I was frustrated by the long lines and so few checkers on my last visit.
I was pleasantly surprised to see clean and uncrowded self-service checkout areas. The regular checkout lanes were also not crowded. My wait and checkout time was the best one I've had in years at any store. My checker was pleasant, efficient, and helpful.
The grocery associate I asked for help was very helpful and willing. I see a great improvement in employee attitudes and customer service.

“This place is a 10/10. The people their were very nice and polite. They had my favorite bread that I've been looking for for about 2-3 years. This the best bread in town and probably the North State. I would Recommend this bakery to everyone.“

I didn't even realize I hadn't paid until the food was ready and she never said a word (she just told me the total after the food was ready and then I paid of course) Plus....extremely reasonable price! I had a hard time believing it was only 11 bucks for 3 bagels and one breakfast sandwich 😇

“Well this is a great place to meet all of your bread needs. They have a very large selection of all different types of bread that you will find at all the local grocery store but usually at a cheaper price. They also have a cool program that let's you get a punch card after spending $10. It allows you to get up to 5 free items off their discount rack. It's really a great value. They even offer a 10% senior & military discount. The staff is great too. I go there twice a month and spend about $100 for a local food bank, even though its probably a hassle when I come in they are wonderful. I would highly recommend this place besides your probably already buying their bread at the grocery store why not pay a cheaper price and get free stuff too. “Literally the best place in town to get a delicious and stunning cake or cupcake. We just got their standard 2-layer cake for our wedding (along with a ton of cupcakes) and it turned out absolutely gorgeous and was a GREAT deal. Highly recommend if you want to impress your guests with a delicious dessert 🎂“

“I love mochi donuts! Especially the chocolate glazed ones. But unfortunately it seems like almost everytime I go after 4-5pm they are always out of that flavor. Sometimes completely out of donuts by 6-7pm and they don't make anymore.

The 1st time I had the drinks it was definitely a little different, but an acquired taste. Now I love all the drinks on the menu.

Staff are always very friendly and attentive. They always have a smile on their faces.

Doesn't really look like a place where you could go and work on computer things. Mostly just order food/drinks, stay for photos, and leave.“

“All of The employees are extremely friendly! I went in last week and every single worker who I had an interaction with was so kind and helpful. One held the door open for me when I cane in AND when I left, the cashier was very friendly when I ordered, and the person who gave me my cookies even offered to help me out to my car because I have 2 small kids. “I enthusiastically suggest that individuals consider visiting this establishment to experience their delectable culinary offerings. Regrettably, I neglected to capture photographs of the dishes, as my husband and I eagerly indulged in the meal. It made me jump in joy they relocated from Redding to Anderson, as it is now conveniently situated in close proximity to ME! We placed an order for three varieties of pupusas, a traditional Salvadorian dish. We ordered the Birria Plate and the Birria Burrito. The birria was exceptionally flavorful and tender, accompanied by homemade tortillas, a rare find in today's culinary landscape. The refried beans and Mexican rice was as good/or better than my mom's. That's says alot!!! The burrito was remarkably large in size. The owner demonstrated kindeness and provided outstanding service. It was evident that the food was freshly prepared, as the owner was peeling tomatillos husks to create fresh salsa. I would like to mention that their Horchata was exceptional. I am constantly seeking the finest Horchata in Shasta County, and this establishment undoubtedly surpasses all others. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of ice. However, since I was taking my food home, I simply added ice upon arrival. But Folks...do please come and support this new place in Anderson“

“Went this morning with my son to the mall and promised we’d grab Cinnabon on the way out. I stopped by before they officially opened, and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and let us know that the hot ones (my son’s request) were coming out in about five minutes. We came back, and the lady who rung us up was also super nice! Our Cinnabon was just as we expected it would be, and we’ll be back again. Thank you for the wonderful service this morning!“
