“I had such a great experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and everything tasted so fresh — you can really tell they use local ingredients. I ordered the breakfast tacos, and they had the perfect mix of flavors. Every bite was balanced and delicious. My sister-in-law got the biscuits and gravy, and the gravy instantly reminded me of my dad’s home-cooked version — comforting, hearty, and absolutely spot-on. Definitely a dish I’d recommend! I was extremely cleaver and witty talking about the the bread and the pizza and the pies and the desserts and how amazing it all is and how I would recommend it to everyone... and then I clicked off the the page and lost it all.🥲So this is what you get now. I would highly recommend almost everything at When Pie Meets Bread. I would also recommend stopping by early enough to pick something up when going to a dinner party. I, myself, can never think of anything to take to those things and picking up a veggie tray at WinCo just doesn't ever seem enough. Upon entering the facility me and my wife were greeted by friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and extreme cleanliness. Waiting staff went above and beyond and were very patient and suggestive on menu items. My wife got a mixed breakfast plate with pancakes and I got a breakfast burrito. Both dishes were fantastic with good portions.“

I started crying and telling him everything that was going on and also apologizing for crying, the employees were incredible. “First time here and it was delicious. I had the stuffed French toast with huckleberry fruit on top and a side of bacon. The French toast was amazing! It was cooked just right and the filling was not overly sweet. The bacon was a bit too crispy for me but it wasn't burnt so that was a huge plus! Really enjoyed and will be back.“

I stopped by before they officially opened, and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and let us know that the hot ones (my son’s request) were coming out in about five minutes. “Pho Saigon offers the absolute best pho in the entire Redding area. The broth is unbelievable, and amazingly authentic, every single time. I don't know officially, but from as many times as my husband and I have come in to eat, or get take out, it seems to be run by a very sweet husband / wife duo. The wife has always been the only front of house caretaker, and also kindly bags up any leftovers customers would like to take home by taking them in the kitchen, as is tradition in these cultures.
I have read many reviewers reporting issue with the service during busy hours. I really wish it was standard for every individual to work in the service industry for 2yrs minimum, so we all would understand the anxiety and pressure that comes along with holding down an entire restaurant on your own.
Long story short, I have always been impressed by Pho Saigon. Simply amazing food!!“

“My mom and i were the only customers there, which surprises me because the food was really good. We were gonna have roundtable but their prices are insane. We decided to try this place and i can say we will be going back soon! Ordered broccoli garlic tofu, and they cooked it how i wanted it cooked, and my mom got some lunch plate that had a bunch of stuff. She loved the noodles! “When this place was around, maybe ~10 years ago, (FoodMaxx parking lot location) it was garbage. Great prices, terrible pizza.

Not anymore, by my metrics.

I got desperate, called a few months ago, and haven’t looked back. Pizza is fire, prices are very fair, the drivers are kind, fast and have integrity.

For example: I had my 14 y/o daughter meet the driver at the door. She got a little nervous, accidentally messed up filling out the receipt AND never gave the cash tip. The pizza was perfect and the charge on the card cleared for the right amount, in my account, a few days later…. I just try to tip them more moving forward.

Very positive experiences, I 100% recommend.“

“We had THE most amazing experience at Mosaic on Thanksgiving Day. I began in the food service industry when I was 13 yrs old and have worked in a range of restaurants (but most were in the higher end style). Every part of our experience was exemplary. Service was on point, attentive but unobtrusive. Food was equally impressive with presentation and flavor components. My Mom is not an easy guest, but she was satisfied with options and adaptability. Thanksgiving (as well as any "special holiday" is always a challenge in the industry.... Our experience was absolutely exemplary. I can not recommend Mosaic enough, it is now our "Go To" between Sac/Davis and the Rogue Valley.“

“A gave overall a 5-stars because my parents, siblings, and I have been coming to Roger’s for over 50yrs. I understand they’re training someone; however, the burrito was over cooked and the taters were too salty. The one girl (I think she’s new) told me that she would meet me at the other window to grab my shake after she handed me my food. Waiting another 5 mins and went back the the first window and asked again. She said I’ll get that now (she wasn’t doing anything at all and there was three of them). What makes me mad is when my napkins are messed up like they’ve been used already. Rolled and smashed together.“
