“My husband and I stop here for lunch when we can, the sandwiches are delicious and different. You can get them grilled which is our favorite. Fat, gorgeous sandwiches that taste just as wonderful as they look. Extremely kind and polite employees who were extremely attentive. I felt like I didn't pay enough for the service I got. The only negative I have is that the black tea was a bit weak for my taste, but the sandwich made me forget all about that. I'm recommending this spot to all of my friends.“

It was late so I stopped to get a hot chocolate and when I got to the window the young man asked me how my day was going and I lost it. I started crying and telling him everything that was going on and also apologizing for crying, the employees were incredible. Then when I went to pay for my hot chocolate the young man said he had paid for it and to come by anytime to talk if I needed it. you have no idea how much that meant to me. THANK YOU THANK YOU.“

“We absolutely love this little restaurant. The service is some of the friendliest around, and it's honestly the main reason we keep coming back. Every visit feels welcoming and relaxed and the staff always goes out of their way to make you feel taken care of.

The portions are generous and the coffee is great and the food is consistently wonderful. It's the kind of place where you leave happy and full every time.

The location itself isn't the best, but there's plenty of parking which makes it easy to stop in. They also have some outdoor seating which is really nice on a beautiful day.“

I would highly recommend almost everything at When Pie Meets Bread. I would also recommend stopping by early enough to pick something up when going to a dinner party. I, myself, can never think of anything to take to those things and picking up a veggie tray at WinCo just doesn't ever seem enough. But who wouldn't like fresh baked bread or pie or cookies or desserts? Honestly, if you haven't gone there yet I would check it out. I have not been disappointed with anything I have had there.😃“

“My friend and I enjoyed our delicious meal outside, weather was perfect. They were busy , thought there would be a wait. There was not, food was delivered, with a smile in a timely manner. Order was taken with a smile also, employees were very friendly. We had a absolutely delicious wrap, with teriyaki pork and too many other goodies to list. Avocado toast which is the tastiest we have ever had. Strawberry lemonade was incredible. Not overly sweet, or syrupy, great flavor. Nice size. Next time I will try a dessert. A hidden gem, if you will.

To start, the waitress (maybe owner) was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The food was absolutely incredible. After my husband and received our food, he looked impressed & said that this place is way better than Peter chus, by a long shot; and I can’t agree more.

The waitress checked on us frequently, she noticed my 2 year old had an owie on his finger brought him a bandaid and neosporin , gave him a cookie she had and even brought him more soup because he was asking for more.

I personally haven’t had Chinese food this good and I’ve tried many places including the Bay Area.

I would give this place 1000 stars for our entire experience. Support this local gem of a restaurant, they deserve it.“

“Pho Saigon offers the absolute best pho in the entire Redding area. The broth is unbelievable, and amazingly authentic, every single time. I don't know officially, but from as many times as my husband and I have come in to eat, or get take out, it seems to be run by a very sweet husband / wife duo. The wife has always been the only front of house caretaker, and also kindly bags up any leftovers customers would like to take home by taking them in the kitchen, as is tradition in these cultures.
I have read many reviewers reporting issue with the service during busy hours. I really wish it was standard for every individual to work in the service industry for 2yrs minimum, so we all would understand the anxiety and pressure that comes along with holding down an entire restaurant on your own.
Long story short, I have always been impressed by Pho Saigon. Simply amazing food!!“

“My mother and I had such a pleasant time sitting outside today. Our waitress was Allie and she was absolutely the sweetest and most efficient waitress ever... (always checking on us with a smile). We enjoyed the beer-battered onion rings... they were huge! Logan's Roadhouse... highly recommend!“

“So we almost exclusively get the calzones here and they're great and priced reasonably, they sometimes get a bit busy and take a few minutes to get to you but I don't feel that's a big issue. If you're looking for a sit down pizza joint this is not for you it's takeout place, outside of that situation I suggest getting a build your own calzone, good choices and delicious.“

“We had THE most amazing experience at Mosaic on Thanksgiving Day. I began in the food service industry when I was 13 yrs old and have worked in a range of restaurants (but most were in the higher end style). Every part of our experience was exemplary. Service was on point, attentive but unobtrusive. Food was equally impressive with presentation and flavor components. My Mom is not an easy guest, but she was satisfied with options and adaptability. Thanksgiving (as well as any "special holiday" is always a challenge in the industry.... Our experience was absolutely exemplary. I can not recommend Mosaic enough, it is now our "Go To" between Sac/Davis and the Rogue Valley.“
