This place is a best kept secret, for the price and the chicken and vegetables.Also, they do steam rice correctly. Most places don't. Good texture, not too soft, not falling apart. It goes great with the egg flower soup.I'll definitely come back, but I might opt to take it to go.“

“Dinner date for our 9 year anniversary was absolutely perfect thanks to Mike at Cafe Paradisio! Everything was delicious, we had reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival, didn’t wait even 2 minutes for water and our drink order. I had red wine and husband had a beer both came out at the same time promptly. We ordered our dishes and while waiting for our meals we could hear other guests around us gushing in joy about how amazing their dishes were! Once ours arrived we dug in and then HAD to try eachothers too; both were above and beyond incredible! If you haven’t been you need to go! We will now be making this our date night place! Husband had the curry & I had the chicken Marsala *it wouldn’t let me load my photos so I’ll add them in the comments.“

We have tried bfast sandwiches, burritos, and omelets. I am a pancake snob! You gotta try their sweet cream pancakes. They do not disappoint!“

“We are from out of town and in Redding to visit family. When we got to the restaurant, it was a little bit of a wait, but now I know why. There was not one staff member that didn’t have a smile on their face. Everyone was so incredibly kind. Our 3yr old about lost his mind over the pancakes—we’ve never seen him eat so much! We all enjoyed our meals, they were fresh and fantastic. The energy in the restaurant is so cozy and welcoming, it was so clean, and the food was great. “We had all sorts of pizza from them and they were all delicious 😋 the whole extended family and family couldn’t resist. They are 100% better than the dominoes. There wasn’t a piece left out of 6 pizzas. And they also put them in a thermal bag to keep them hot till I got back to wallangarra. Great food 👍🏻👍🏻“

It was our first time visiting, and we were warmly greeted and seated promptly upon arrival. Our server was exceptional - attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. He truly made our dining experience stand out. The food was, without a doubt, the highlight of our evening. We started with the meatballs as an appetizer, and oh, the sauce was sublime! For our main courses, we opted for the Pesto Salmon in garlic herb linguine and the Pan Seared Bistro Filet. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. To cap off the meal, I indulged in the crème brûlée for dessert, Amazing!. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food, service, and ambiance at Karline's. My bread is never soggy the right crisp on my carnitas, fresh ingredients and a good selection of beers to have with dinner (not like 30 it's a restaurant not a brewery the 5 or 6 bottles too choose from of will get you there) it's become my favorite stop for in house Mexican food. I recommend it for anyone out for a bite.“
