“A group of us come here weekly and we are never disappointed with the breakfast items we enjoy eating. The vibe of the dining area is open and great for laughs and conversation. The food is hot and tasty and once ordered arrives quickly even for all 5 of us at same time. The service is awesome and the folks attending to our table make coming here each week all the moe enjoyable. The place is clean and inviting. To top it off others encountered there seem to like this establishment as we see the same folks weekly!“

“This place is the PERFECT hole-in-the-wall breakfast food location.

I mean the ambiance, the food, the teamwork amongst the staff...it just all adds up for the most amazing meal you will have.

I got an omelet, my dad got Belgium waffle with basted eggs and bacon (the meal he always gets). He orders his bacon such that "if you dropped it, it would break".

They nailed his order and mine was scrumptious.

Their fruit and pumpkin pancakes were so great that I'd be remiss to not mention them. Pumpkin is their flavor or the month and those pancakes were such soft melt-in-your-mouth ones with just the right amount of pumpkin flavor. That fruit was so ripe and tasty!

The staff works together so well it is seamless.

The decor is so fun and they decorated for Halloween.

“First time ever getting take out here and wow it was so good! they even let me order a side of toast over the phone since I couldn't do it online, and when I got there, they gave it to me for free which was so incredibly nice! The girl working the front was so sweet and attentive plus the bathrooms were so so clean I was actually shocked. As a janitor and as a breakfast lover, I can proudly say it was a great, clean, amazing visit and I'll definitely be back ?“

“Very simple place to eat a good breakfast. The price wasn't bad either. I paid about 20 bucks for a breakfast sandwich with fruit and a scramble with potatoes. The plates are super simple, but it's nice to have an old fashioned breakfast meal from time to time. I enjoyed the food and will come back when we are in town.“

What's offered at breakfast can be pretty simple but Huckleberry's makes it exciting to choose between their many dishes, which makes me want to come back to try something else next time. “We have been to the Roseville location and this Rocklin location did not disappoint either. Yes there was a wait. But they have a great mimosa bar you can go right up to and order one while you wait. I did see some pretty amazing Bloody Mary’s. I’ll be trying next time. Our server was attentive and food came out quickly. Both our orders were really good and the bacon by far is the best I have had. It does get loud. Not sure if it’s bc the music was loud and everyone feels they have to talk over it. 🤷‍♀️

“The strawberry shake was I believe was vanilla ice cream and strawberry jam. Not good, a short cut that's not worth it. Biscuit was strange, hard at the lower part and just seemed it was frozen and then thawed and had strange flavor. The sausage in omelet has a undesirable flavor. Best if they would use new York brand or a good American type sausage. The potato salad was good but had a strong off flavor. And too much mustard. I was given in a bag a napkin, fork, knife and spoon, two name brand jams, butter that was just right.
But no salt or pepper. And again only one napkin.“

The owner is always willing to add or subtract something from an item such as a sandwich and he remembers my changes. The delivery staff is always polite and kind, and the food comes quickly. “I went looking for a new place to try for a good diner style breakfast. I don’t normally eat out due to rising costs and ability to make great food at home but thought I’d look for a nice local spot to try out. “I heard it was great for after seeing a play. On previous plays we saw their full-page ad in the playbill. We make a reservation for Saturday after the play and were told they weren't doing the play special. They did honor it but limited. Bar tender was very good trying to make up for things, but the place is more of a business bar environment.“

“Warm greeting when we first walked in. The waitress Abigaili was prompt and courteous and we never ran out of coffee. But the best thing about this visit to ihop was the food. The chef Danit. I got the eggs Benedict, and my mom got the easy breakfast. The eggs Benedict was the best I’ve had in years. The eggs poached perfect. Along with all my special requests. Couldn’t have been any better. Thank you!“

“Our server Horacio was amazing! He was attentive even to the point of anticipating our needs before we had to ask. I had questions he didn't know the answer to so instead of making up an answer, as many employees do, he got the manager to answer my questions which was extremely helpful and wise. Horacio deserves a raise. If I was still a hiring manager I would try to poach him.“

“Our experience was wonderful. Shawn, the manager, greeted us upon entering & had us choose a seat anywhere we liked. He was welcoming & gracious. He brought us coffee & said Elijah would be around in a moment to take our orders. Shortly thereafter, Elijah arrived with a warm smile & lovely efficient manner. We inquired about the conversion from writing orders to entering them on a hand held computer. He was personable & had an infectious laugh as he related the change, his experience & how the process works. He remained attentive & engaged throughout our meal. We asked for boxes to take home leftovers. He returned with two & showed us how they fit. Later, he brought a bag to carry them. There were only 2-3 other tables at the time we were present. It made for a relaxed & enjoyable meal. Shawn stopped by as we were about to leave to ask about the service. We said it was great & Elijah is the best. It's been a long while since we encountered individuals so naturally attentive & caring in a restaurant. The bathrooms were impeccably clean. Many thanks, Shawn & Elijah.
