I enjoy their chia pudding and a matcha latte while I read, but I don't go home without some savory scones and cookies for my partner and I. I LOVE when they have metal music playing, and the dark green walls being my favourite colour- it's like they made this place with me in mind. Note: Not all offerings are vegan, but lots are! Look for the V on the menu and make sure to specify milk choice in your drinks. They also offer some gluten-free items for those interested. :)“

I am having a delicious sandwich with vegan Dutch Crunch bread, vegan cheese, sprouts, lettuce, vegan mayo and vegan cheese and I also ordered vegan potato salad. First of all, the banana nut muffin is absolutely delicious. It's the perfect blend of flavors and is moist and fluffy. I would go back just for this muffin alone! But there's so much more to try at Greenhouse Cafe. The menu is full of amazing options, from breakfast items like avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches to salads, sandwiches, and more. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. Beyond the food, I was blown away by the generosity of the owner. I learned that the owner donated a lot of muffins to United Sikhs organization to help feed the homeless. “This place was recommended by a friend for good beans. I bought 3 bags of beans, pastry and a cup of coffee, unfortunately coffee and pastry went in the trash because it tasted awful due to it being saturated in whatever awful smelling cleaner they use in the shop. I genuinely could not get rid of the smell and taste in my mouth. Please consider changing the cleaner your shop is using because it was unpleasant being in the shop and so sad i had to waste so much money. Other than that service was great and beautiful place to visit.“

“Excellent breakfast! The bacon is thick and tasty. I ask about raisin bread everywhere’s I go, no one ever has it, this place does! The cinnamon roll was a nice size, not so large to be obscene and had a nice flavor. My husband had the house made sausage patty and biscuit. He said both were quite good, good texture and flavor. The atmosphere is nice, not too loud, and has a nice train rolling around the wall. It was decorated for Easter very tastefully. Our new favorite place!“

“I decided to try this place on a whim instead of my usual starbs run because starbs coffee is honestly low quality but it's convenient.

First off the place is easy to miss! Which is a shame because it is a cute little shop!

Today the shop was a little quiet (I went in about 830a). I honestly wasn't expecting much as most coffee shops are often subpar.

I did not catch the young lady's name who helped me but she was very friendly, when I told her it was my first time in she immediately offered to make a few suggestions if I needed it. I asked her what the favorite food item was, she suggested the Turkey Pesto Sandwich.

I must say it was fabulous! I find that Pesto is very hit or miss. If you are sensitive to spiciness I would just say there is a small hint of spice to the sandwich, which I found to be a pleasant surprise. The Turkey was fresh and the bread was toasted just right, small crunch but easy to bite into.

The place is very small, so there are only a few places to sit. I would bank on taking your coffee/food to go. I can see it feeling a bit crowded if more than a few people are waiting for their items.

I had a Hot Caramel Latte with almond milk, normally I would get nonfat/skim but they were out. Quite frankly, the almond milk added a pleasant nutty flavor to the drink rather than overpowering the drink. You can definitely taste the quality of the beans. I don't know if any of you have ever smelled Starbs espresso beans but I bought some to start making coffee at home and it smells like feet to me which prompted me to start exploring different beans and places. I am so glad I stopped in here and if I'm in the area again I'll be sure to be back!“
