“I went around 6pm and got a leg and thigh and biscuit. The biscuit was hot, soft, buttery, flaky, sugary, fluffy diabesity (diabetes and obesity in one!) deliciousness and the chicken was hot, juicy, salty, tender, crunchy, krispy diabesity so definitely worth the $6 I paid! I look forward to eating again! It is in a gas station so takeout only but this is some seriously good chicken!“

“I ordered chicken to go and tried three chicken option's Original, Soy and Garlic, and the Spicy (Maip Dak)… all of these options were delicious and to my surprise they give you a variety of full drum size chicken legs and small sized chicken wings. My partner and our close friend enjoyed these wings over wine and a movie.

The service was dialed in and the waitresses were very polite. The atmosphere reminded me a lot of a small business in Korea. It has good vibes. I’ll definitely continue to comeback.“

We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. “First time here. Hubby and I were looking for a new place to eat at. Initially we went gawk but their menu changes after 10pm. I really wanted chicken and waffles! They delivered the chicken was well done crispy and juicy and the waffle was crispy. I like mine that way instead of soft. I decided to eat mine piece by piece. Hubby got tenders with potato salad. He said it's OK but the potatoes were in chunks instead of beat well. But overall a good place. I noticed the fries were popular so we will go back and give the fries a try..“

So I decided to go in and try it, even though I hate gas station food it's usually garbage. I had a chicken sandwich this morning at 5:30 a.m., I saw him putting it out under the heat lamp. I examined it and looked okay. It's surprisingly very good. The meat is very juicy, it's crispy, it's big. again very pleasant surprise for a chicken sandwich this morning early in the morning. The bread is nice and sweet, and it's not dry at all. I'll probably come back a few more times this place is good, I'd like to see what lunch chicken is like.4-4-2023I decided to come in and get some chicken for breakfast. It's a shame it's such a bad area because this chicken is a hundred thousand times better than KFC. The chicken breast was 4 bucks a piece. But. It's huge and very moist and very tasty throughout the meat.“

During COVID they underwent a renovation and the restaurant looks so unwelcoming now. I remember they used to have the Play Place and pictures of cows on the walls. This place used to have more personality and would stand other unlike the other fast food places.

“I Love that chicken from Popeye's. I had to bypass the two Popeyes on West El camino and EL Camino just to come here to the Watt ave Popeye's the other day, it was well worth the drive. The food was absolutely delicious the chicken was freshly made hot and crunchy. This is the best Popeyes in the neighborhood.“
