“The ice cream isn't very sweet, so if you want a sugary confection, make sure to choose an option with sweet toppings (e.g., honey). It's a pre-set menu and Asian flavors, so come prepared. They also offer drinks. The atmosphere is very modern but the black and white decor and bright lighting ended up giving me a headache. I also wish they spent time throughout the day wiping down their furniture. The glass coffee table was dirty and the sofa had a giant ice cream stain on it. I had to cut my visit short because I was feeling too sick to stay. After seeing the eating area, I started to doubt the cleanliness overall.

A good upholstery cleaner does wonders! And basic glass cleaner too.

Anne was above & beyond in helping me. This was my first experience at Salt & Straw and I will definitely be back. Her service was impeccable and she encouraged me to try as many flavors as I wanted and was not rude if I asked to try another flavor to compare again. Ultimately I chose the Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbon for my husband and I to enjoy! Next time we’ll go for the Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. When you go ask for Anne, Thanks Anne.“

“ordered $50 in ice cream for multiole people. sitting here waiting. the driver picked up the order and went offline! I called thd number they say to call and they cannot reach the driver (offline) and the store wont respond. JENKY SERVICE!!!!!“

“The ice cream was ok but not truly worthy of the price. There isn't a child's portion which meant a lot got thrown away.

Only an outdoor area for seating which was ok but not family friendly when young children start clamoring they need to use the facilities.

Overall, spent almost 30 dollars on 5 dingle serve portions and walked away knowing I wouldn't be doing that twice. I'll take the grandkids to DQ, Coldstone, or let them pick out a half gallon at the store before repeating this mistake.“

“Our go-to choice. Some locations fill in better "wildcard" options than others, but it's rare that I've ever gone and not been excited about at least one or two flavors. Some of my faves Banana pudding! Oreos, Just the Cream OR Just the Cookie paired together. Their Dole Pineapple has to be the same exact product you get at Disneyland or the Boardwalk- but way cheaper! There's just about every topping you can think of.“

“The only thing I had an issue with was the confusing ordering on your app. Once the 30 minute minute window was up my order disappeared. I thought it was canceled, because it was no longer under my order button. Of course I reordered and I got charged twice. The guy was super patient and helped cancel one of my orders but not without hassle. Love this location, the guys working there are always friendly and welcoming! I'll be back!“

“Great place for ice cream. 50 years ago I worked at a Baskin-Robbins in Dayton, Ohio. Then, six cones with 2 scoops cost $1.68. Today those cones cost about $36. But the cones are bigger. The quality of the ice cream is the same. Excellent. I will go back again to sample all my old favorites. Tonight was black walnut and jamocha almond fudge.“

“Absolutely wonderful! A variety of very unique and fancy donuts. I got the blueberry lavender donut and the carrot walnut donut hole, both were delicious and fluffy, not dry and cakey like most gluten free pastries. The ice cream is super thick and creamy. I'm so excited to come back and try everything!“

The box included 2 each of the following flavors: chocolate brownie, sugar cookie with Cadbury Mini Eggs, carrot cake, cherry pie pretzel, chocolate chip & lemon crinkle. Nice, large cookies so we cut them up so everone could sample. The chocolate chips were great and still warm on arrival - a warm chocolate chip cookie is always the BEST chocolate chip cookie. Nice sized chips. The chocolate brownie was my favorite: soft and the perfect amount of chocolately flavor without being overly sweet. Not a huge sugar cookie fan but these are good. Hard to cut but right ratio of sugar cookie to frosting. My husband would be in heaven with these. The carrot cake was super moist and everything I want in a carrot cake. Good ratio of cake to frosting with just a sprinkle of nuts. You can taste the carrot shavings and raisins without them overpowering.“

No greeting at all!!! . basically I had to ask what to do. Then I paid cash and no one even said a word. I continue to shop there and always will. Every flavor is fantastic. If you have never tried it you should at least once. I know you will return.“
