“Wow and yummy! This place has some of the coolest concoctions for ice cold deserts on a hot summer day. Everything from your favorite boba tea flavor, some of the best shaved Ice in town. They have ice cream and these awesome new treats called dragons breath. It is freeze dried frozen balls of something that when you pop them in your mouth like one or two and they begin to melt, it creates a bellowing cloud that you slowly just let roll out the mouth. And it makes you look like a fire breathing dragon about to pop smoke!!.

“Love coming here for a sweet treat. The place is always clean until a big group of people come by and aren’t considerate with how they go through the topping station.

They have staple flavors like original and chocolate, and then they rotating flavors like starburst and hi-chew. I love coming here because there are so many ways to customize your bowl. The staff are nice, there’s seating inside and a good amount of seating outside. The parking right in front of the store gets filled fast.“

Menchie’s on Madison is hands down one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They switch up the flavors regularly, so there’s always something yummy to try, and I love that it never feels stale or repetitive.

What really makes this location stand out is how welcoming they are to kids and toddlers—it’s such a friendly, family-friendly spot. The store is super clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit enjoyable. Even the bathroom is big, well-stocked, and spotless—which, let’s be honest, is a huge plus when you’ve got little ones in tow!

The employees are pleasant and efficient, not overly chatty, but they get the job done, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and they run great promotions from time to time, making it even more affordable.

I got the blueberry lavender donut and the carrot walnut donut hole, both were delicious and fluffy, not dry and cakey like most gluten free pastries. The ice cream is super thick and creamy. The box included 2 each of the following flavors: chocolate brownie, sugar cookie with Cadbury Mini Eggs, carrot cake, cherry pie pretzel, chocolate chip & lemon crinkle. Nice, large cookies so we cut them up so everone could sample. The chocolate chips were great and still warm on arrival - a warm chocolate chip cookie is always the BEST chocolate chip cookie. Nice sized chips. The chocolate brownie was my favorite: soft and the perfect amount of chocolately flavor without being overly sweet. Not a huge sugar cookie fan but these are good. Hard to cut but right ratio of sugar cookie to frosting. My husband would be in heaven with these. The carrot cake was super moist and everything I want in a carrot cake. Good ratio of cake to frosting with just a sprinkle of nuts. You can taste the carrot shavings and raisins without them overpowering.“

What a life saver and completely professional. We ordered a custom cake online for another store (El Camino) to be ready by noon on Oct 17. Didn't get a chance to pick up, so came to pick up on Saturday.

Around 1330, we walk into a store with only one person on shift. We showed her the order and she went to look for the cake. It wasn't in the front freezer nor the freezer in the back. She calls the manager of the store, and was told to look in a few places, but she was unable to find any proof of my order there. By this point, 4 people walked in since it's a nice Saturday in the high 70s.

After the phone call, she apologized because the cake was never made. She offered a cake from the case, refund, and since there was a premade with the flavors we needed, we lucked out. She was clearly panicked about the mess up even though it wasn't her store (she shared with us after), and we reassured her we understood, and also we were fine waiting for her since other customers arrived wanting ice cream.

Afterwards, she helped us with the new cake and refund, apologized again.
