“I was on a lunch break from work today, my route was in Santa Cruz and asked google for the nearest Taco Spot. It recommended me this place. Very nice corner spot and great seating area. I ordered 1 Al Pastor taco and 1 asada quesadilla just to try out the food quality. Honestly the meat was absolutely delicious!!!! Their meat is very well seasoned and the tortilla for my taco is made by hand or how we say in Spanish “Tortillas hechas a mano.” Absolutely fire 🔥 Told the owner “Memo” that his food was absolutely delicious 🤤 and definitely coming back for more when I’m in the area next time! Definitely worth the money if you want quality tacos & burritos, and no more

“We came in on a Sunday morning, and this place was very busy. The nice young guy behind the counter was patient and sweet to everybody even though he was working alone and getting slammed. The food was good and the coffee was hot. Props to that guy for holding it down!“

“This place may technically a fast food place, but it more has the atmosphere and menu of a 50's diner down to 50's and 60's music playing. They have a great kids' menu that has everything from burgers to corn dogs and even grilled cheese for only $8. They have a huge menu,too, including a veggie burger!“

“The Capitola location provides generous portions of food that is always fresh and hot. You can't beat their $7 meal deal available on the app, which includes a burger, fries, and a sundae for such a low price. Additionally, the service is excellent. I would give them five stars!“

“It was a good idea having KFC and A&W combined. I enjoyed having the choice between the two places or a little of both. I went with three chicken strips and a double cheeseburger combo. Both were hot and seemed really fresh. The chicken was super tender and the burger had a great flavor. The fries were also some of the best I've had in a while. They had a little seasoning on them which tasted really good. The restaurant doesn't have a lot of places to sit but even to go would be a great option. Definitely worth a try.“

“My family and I recently went to the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and we ate lunch here. I had a corn dog and a few garlic fries! Both were delicious but if you don’t like a lot of garlic I would recommend not to order the garlic fries because they are loaded with garlic! Garlic lovers will find them perfect for a snack though!

“I know it's a chain, but every time I walk into a Jersey Mike's, I'm greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who are in a good mood, and seem happy to help me. The food is always fresh and delicious, and I walk out feeling a little bit better about my day than when I walked in. Smiles and good humor are nourishment too.“

“The best Jack in the box I've ever been to. The food is always super fresh, it's somehow not extra greasy like most jack in the boxes! Service is generally very good! Only very small thing is that at least a couple of the employees sometimes forget to ask if you want sauce, so make sure you remember to ask for it if you want it!

“I’m not usually a McDonald’s fan for unknown reasons but I really wanted some McNuggets one night. I went through the drive through, asked if they could cook a fresh 20pc and they happily did! Another night not long after, I had learned the quarter pounder patties are fresh and never frozen. I got a double and wow, it was insanely good for the money relative to their more expensive competition such as Habit or 5 guys etc. Nice clean place worthy of Scotts Valley. Please note, both visits were not during rush times so who knows…..“

“The bathrooms are clean and the air-conditioning was strong. I was also impressed with how quickly they came to the register to accept my cash. I have noticed that most fast food restaurants are very slow to come to the register ever since the self-order kiosks took over. Not everyone has a bank account (I do, but I'm making a point.)“

“Sometimes on very rare occasions they’ll mess up the order, and some of the sides will come out sloppy, but they get it right about 90% of the time, have a lot of charisma, fast service, and the chicken, and chicken sandwiches taste just as good as any other Popeyes location I have been to. I’m certainly thankful to live barely within a 25 mile radius of this pretty darn-good Popeyes!“
