“Always a delicious snack. These pretzels are always consistently great (I buy the cinnamon and sugar variety), and the guy that took care of me was polite, professional and friendly. His coworker gave me a weird look when I approached them to place my order, but I will not deduct a star for that.“

“I would probably say Wetzel's Pretzels make a predictable and reliable snack, but I'm only giving four stars because of the value. When did cinnamon bites become $10 or $11?; Otherwise, the service was good, vacation is convenient close to the entrance of the mall, but the value proposition is not there for me.“

“Stopped by the Jamba in Monterey Park and ordered the Strawberry Whirl, and it was honestly exactly what I needed, very refreshing, not too sweet, and tasted super fresh. The staff were friendly and quick even though it was a bit busy, the place always feels clean and well kept. It’s one of those spots you can count on for a good pick-me-up whether you’re starting your day or just need something energizing in the afternoon. I’ll be coming back for sure.“

“My kids and I love cinnamon and sugar pretzel nuggets. We get it every chance we get when traveling or going to the mall. This is our must have other than bubble tea. Line ups are usually long for pretzels lately, waiting up to 30min sometimes. But this location I waited 5min while a group of 12 ppl was ahead of me.

Pretzels are the best when hot and fresh, unfortunately this time it was lukewarm. Kind of disappointed 😞. $11 USD after tax is double what we pay in Vancouver, BC ($7-$8 CAD).“
