“Came here with high hopes and was not disappointed. Had to ask for the omakase since it was not on the menu. There's the 100$ level and the boss level for 150$. I honestly dont know what the difference was even though the very nice wait staff tried to explain it to me. It was just a bunch of japanese words lol. “I haven't been to an olive garden in years. We ordered fried mozzarella. My entrée was really good. Eggplant parmesan was light and not over breaded with just enough marinara on top. I was able to switch out the spaghetti for fettuccine alfredo. I ordered an Italian margarita it was citrusy and served with amaretto. The only disappointment was the salad... I had to pick out so many white parts and hearts of lettuce. It seemed as if I got the last part of the day ends of greens. Our server was efficient and quick.“

“We've been regular customers of the Monrovia Blaze since the first opened for business over 10 years ago. It's by far our favorite Blaze location. The pizza is consistently very good and cooked to just the right char. What really sets this location apart from the others is Marco, the store manager. He always greets us with a smile and engages us in nice conversation and demonstrates the unique ability to motivate his employees and leads by example. I've seen him doing every single job in that place at some point or another and always wearing a smile. He is a great assest to the company. Keep up the great work!“

While I was enjoying my drink near the window, a squirrel on the exterior ledge caught my eye. This little guy seemed oddly interested in my coffee break and kept peering in like we were old friends catching up. It made for a good laugh and somehow added to the charm of the place. “I've been to other Kopan locations and I'm so happy to see one here in WC! Ramen is the best medicine on cold winter days, especially when you're feeling a little sick. I needed a quickly satisfy my ramen craving, and it hit the spot. I looked at the sushi options too, but I wasn't in the mood for sushi. The ramen is exactly how I remember at the other locations. The downfalls of the ramen I received...

-I wanted a hot soup to soothe my throat. The soup was between room temp and the ideal hot for how I was feeling.
-The chashu seems to be cut a lot thinner than I remember. I remember, which was some time ago, the slices being double the thickness that what I received.
-I don't remember if I saw extra toppings on the menu, like the crunchy onion and garlic. But post meal, I see it's on the online menu.

Now, the broth was very flavorful. The spice was perfectly mild, the way I like it. The chashu perfectly cooked and flavorful.

Service was good. The server was attentive for the most part. Felt a bit rushed, but it seemed like he was the only one on the floor. I was still enjoying my ramen and he already asked if I was ready to settle the bill. I kindly obliged and paid my bill at that moment. I could have potentially ordered sushi, depending how content I was after the ramen, or even dessert.

Parking is convenient. The plaza does have a parking structure. Although, it appears that they are doing some construction, so there are large containers in the parking spaces. There is also street parking, which is a shorter walking distance on Glendora, where the entrance is located.

I'd definitely recommend this place and will be looking forward to dining here again in the near future.“

The place was really easy to find, b/t the city park and Green St. Plenty seats inside and a huge outdoor seating area as well.
The service was friendly and the food came out fast.
We got the royal Crepe, it was excellent and very tasty since it had banana and 🍓 strawberry and a side of ice cream, and cannot be a complete classic crepe without some Nutella of course.
