“The food here is always great. I had the eggcelent burrito, my mom had the three egg scramble, my kids had the Belgian waffles, and the mole. Everything was amazing.
The service wasn't bad, it was just super slow. Seriously, they need more severs as well as batista, even the coffee and mimosas took long to be served. The wait for a table was over 25 minutes in spite of several tables being available due to the staff just not being enough to go around. Poor management is to blame.“

The Habit Burger Grill in South El Monte is such a great spot! The outdoor seating is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by palm trees with a tropical vibe that makes it feel like you’re stepping into a movie scene when you walk up to order.
They offer both walk-up ordering and self-service kiosks, which makes the experience really convenient. Even though it’s called Habit Burger, they have a wide variety of options on the menu for everyone.
I ordered the Santa Fe (Southwestern) grilled chicken salad, and it was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together with grilled chicken, avocado, ranch, cheese, and smoky, delicious bacon. My husband got a double cheeseburger, and it was just as impressive — super fresh and full of flavor. We also ordered fries and a Dr Pepper to go with it.
Just a heads up: this location carries Pepsi products (not Coke) and does not accept EBT — they take cash, debit, or credit.
Overall, it was a great experience with good food, a relaxing atmosphere, and a nice setup. Definitely worth a visit!“

“If you haven't been to the The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens for a while... you may not realize they now and growing have 5 different locations to eat within the gardens. Noodle house in the Chinese Gardens, Tea house and patio Cafe in the Rose Garden area. Tea Room now allows you to make reservations on Open Table. Cafe 1919 has a great variety including the Border Grill, Sushi and much more. ... Its all a great compliment to the Fine Art ,gardens ,research and events.... Not a member - The Red Car Cafe and 1919 Cafe are towards the entrance and can be enjoyed by the without entrance fee to the gardens in a great relaxing setting .“

“I finally got to check this place out. I've been wanting to go since it opened.

I got the chicken and rice meal. It was really good! The only thing I would do different is ask if they could heat up my chicken. I was not expecting cold chicken with warm rice.

I got takeout to eat in my car but waited till I got home so I could warm up the chicken. It was much better. I loved the dressing and exhaustion those onions. Absolute perfection.

Staff was very friendly. The establishment is super clean. They were still baking cookies at 8:00 p.m. which is great for those who love an evening snack!“

Our server, Elena, was so sweet and amazing. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service.
