The kids wanted to eat pizza for dinner and we got the drive over with to eat closer to home. Because of closed lanes on the freeway, we barely made it in time. Cafe 1919 has a great variety including the Border Grill, Sushi and much more. ... Its all a great compliment to the Fine Art ,gardens ,research and events.... “If you want authentic Burmese Food, go there. Not pricy, yummy food and warmly welcoming environment.
I really wanted Shan noodle with Tofu but mostly Burmese Restaurant only offered Shan Noodle, but this one has it. So I ordered Shan Tofu Noodle and it’s so fresh. Monhikha is good but texture is thick.
The place is hard to find as it’s really small inside. Waiting time for food is so long, for me, I waited for about 20 25 mins to get my food after already ordering. The lunch special deal is good one.“

“The manager knows my order from memory. I haven’t had an issue with the food, the staff, or the environment thus far. I’ve been coming here for a while now. The staff is always nice and informative. Restaurant is always clean without odor. Food is always good and fresh. They’re also willing to make small modifications to the food items. Sometimes it cost extra and sometimes it doesn’t. Those sweet potato’s are 🔥. Fresh juices are always good. Only I don’t like is the sodas mainly because I don’t like craft sodas from anywhere. I also don’t drink soda.“

The wedge is a delight with caramelized bacon to drool for, or the classic Cobb you can never go wrong with. My personal favorite is the ham n brie sandwich which is an incredible palate pleaser with both sweet and savory in one!

There is a flight of stairs going to the second floor seating area. They have an elevator to the 2nd floor. There is seating on the 1st floor and at the bar behind the stairs. They even have a handicap seating spot at the bar. Blanca was my server and she gave a 5 star service. ;)“

“Came here to try a new Thai spot after going to President Thai down the street for years and wanting something different. We ordered from the dinner menu, which comes with soup or salad, egg rolls or wontons, and white rice or shrimp fried rice, a great value.

I got the chicken pad Thai and everything was so flavorful and delicious. My boyfriend ordered the yellow curry and it was absolutely amazing, rich and creamy with a coconut base that honestly reminded me of my mom’s Vietnamese curry.
