“I decided to stop by here to get a burger. It been a very long time since I last came here. I went with the bacon cheeseburger deal that they had that comes with fries and a drink. The inside of this place is very small like four booth and they also have outdoor seating. It took awhile for my food to get made. The burger was okay with nothing special to it, the fries were very plain so I think they forgot to add salt and the soda taste more flat.“

“Inside the gas station and next to the ice cream shop is not a good ambiance but frize hotnand salty perfect burger hot and not to much dressing or green salad fall when you bit tomato not to big and don't leak water so the paper stay in hand not on the bread you hungry the time you refill the tanks take order to go and enjoy your meal“

“Such a great burger spot! We recently moved to Santa Clarita and had heard great things about this place, so we had to try it—and it did not disappoint. We ordered the classic cheeseburger and the mushroom burger, and both were absolutely delicious. The customer service was also excellent. “I’m a return customer. Love the shrimp fried rice, beef low mein, and donuts. My girlfriend loves the chicken teriyaki. The donuts melt in your mouth and the food is always hot and fresh. Definitely recommend. Terrific customer service too! The woman at the front is always so sweet. Don’t sleep on on Twin Castle.“

“I've been to a few burger lounges around LA now and it's always been really solid. Id say it falls into a category a cut above In-N-Out with a wider variety of flavors and a step down in price from the (inferior) five guys.

I usually order the lounge burger as is, but sometimes the western style or blue cheese burger. The meat to topping ratio is good and the buns are squishy but firm. Their barbecue sauce is something special with a heavy smoky chipotle/hickory flavor. Their fries are fine, hot and crispy, and the batch sodas are another less common touch (great ginger beer and Shirley temple).

The manager at this location seemed very involved and attentive to making things move smoothly and provide a good experience (Dec. 7th ~6:00p). Nice guy.

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella.
