“I decided to stop by here to get a burger. It been a very long time since I last came here. I went with the bacon cheeseburger deal that they had that comes with fries and a drink. The inside of this place is very small like four booth and they also have outdoor seating. It took awhile for my food to get made. The burger was okay with nothing special to it, the fries were very plain so I think they forgot to add salt and the soda taste more flat.“

“Inside the gas station and next to the ice cream shop is not a good ambiance but frize hotnand salty perfect burger hot and not to much dressing or green salad fall when you bit tomato not to big and don't leak water so the paper stay in hand not on the bread you hungry the time you refill the tanks take order to go and enjoy your meal“

“I’ve gotten takeout here many times. It’s a little pricey but there are very few places to get vegan and gluten free food in the area. The service is always wonderful and they take care to have your food fresh and hot, and your shakes cold when you arrive to pick up. The photo is the vegan loaded fries.“

“I walk my dog past this place every day. I had the pleasure of sampling the fare there when it was Peco Bills (great BBQ sandwiches, btw). I eagerly awaited the grand opening of OG Smashburger because I love a good burger! This place does not disappoint. Make no mistake, they are not your average burger joint. No frills, no fancy, catchy titles for ordering, just quality you can taste at a price that won’t leave you wondering what happened. I ordered the OG fries because I’ve never had a burger served bunless and on top of my fries: perfectly seasoned, crispy shoestring fries, grilled onions, a hamburger patty crisped at the edges(!!!), topped with melty cheese, OG sauce, and three large deli pickle slices. They should rename that particular item OMG fries, because that was the first thing I uttered once I could speak. Marry that with covered patio sets to sit and enjoy in a relatively quiet neighborhood with a view of the Griffith Park Hills and what you have is a win-win-win situation. My order was ready in about 10 minutes, fresh and hot. The guys (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names) were very cordial and helpful. They also play music while you dine, and promptly turn it off whenever you need something or someone approaches to order. Very professional. Also, they have an awning that sprays a wonderfully cooling mist in hot weather while you wait your turn to order. 10 out 10 recommend!“

“I love this place. The first thing I wanna talk about is the team. They are absolutely amazing. I’ve been in there twice this week and I cannot stress you how friendly the staff is. How helpful they are with all the questions and requests that my wife and I had. There was no request that was too big. The entire time we waited for our food I watched the gentleman at the front counter, engage with customer after customer with the same respect and helpfulness. The food is super fresh. The atmosphere is great and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t. Try the unique sodas from the fountain. They are amazing. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! “In-N-Out Burger has a well earned reputation. It’s hard to beat a Double Double with extra onions. The set up at this location on Ventura Blvd in the Valley is pretty old school adding to its charm. Drive through lane or outdoor take out counter. No indoor dining room but picnic table area set up if you wish to eat on the grounds.“

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella. “This is a most unusual In-n-Out restaurant I've ever been to. First, it has no indoor seating. They have an outdoor seating area under a roof such as you might find in a park. There is an outdoor walk up window if you are on foot plus TWO drive up lanes. It is a small kitchen and the drive through lanes are b7sy so it takes a while to get food. The servers are very nice and the food is the same delicious quality you get at any In-n-Out. There is only one bathroom which is accessed from outside the building.“

The atmosphere, well, you are outside eating with all the noise from the traffic but the food is great and I enjoyed it.

Parking: When it's busy, the parking lot behind get full with the patrons from the other businesses.“

“Love the atmosphere of this comfortably casual bar. Ample outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to sip a beer or two relaxing in the sunshine. I don’t eat meat so I haven’t tried the burgers, which come highly recommended. The garlic parmesan fries are excellent and enough for 3 people. Sorry I can’t say the same for the cauliflower wings or pretzels with cheese sauce. But I had the best-poured beer of my life—a fresh Scrimshaw pilsner in a sparkling-clean glass. See attached video. Despite the venue’s name, they now offer cocktails as well as beer and wine.“
