“Very friendly, family owned, very tasty food with large portions. 2 to go boxes from a dinner for two with an appetizer. Clean and had live music with a lovely voice from a guitar playing lady. Definitely will go back. We go out about once every week to 10 days and are locals so get to decide where we want to spend our time and treasure. We'll be back :)“

“This place has the best matcha and overall drink menu in the whole county, hands down and I’ve tried everywhere. If you like high quality, unique, one of a kind matches and Lattes (and not just generic Starbucks type coffee cats or overly sugary drinks) you will love this place. I just ordered a hot oat milk matcha with stone fruit and pumpkin and it’s perfectly balanced, I have pretty refined taste though, so if your looking for huge blended frappes this won’t be your vibe. They put a lot of effort into each drink so it’s not the fastest service either. Also they have minimal food options, but great jalapeños cheese bagels. I can only imagine the kinda food they’d have with a kitchen…maybe one day!“

The tasting manager Denise is super friendly, knowledgeable about the wines and food pairings, and an absolute delight to talk with. Shout out to Joey and Bethany who, like Denise, welcomed us like we were old friends. Warm, hospitable, gracious, friendly staff all around, and the wines are a delight. We came up to Arroyo Grande for the day and my hubby found this hidden gem for Greek/Mediterranean food.
Arroyo Grande is just adorable in-general and worth the trip to wander this tiny creekside town that is kind of caught back in time. Jaffa sits just off the street, and about 150 meters from the picturesque creek and walking bridge. They have a menu of combo plates, gyros, delicious Dolmas, and other Mediterranean delights. The workers are friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh, simple and noshable. Seating is available
Inside and outside. Outside the tables are right under a gorgeous old pine tree with plenty of diffused light and shade. The gyros come with seasoned meat, lettuce and tomato. However, there is a lovely sauce bar right by the register and their tzatziki sauce is the best! Prices are mid-range. Parking is available across the street and behind the restaurant. It’s clean and no frills with food that won’t put you into a food coma, but will put a smile on your face.“

“This was the first opportunity to eat at Gina's. The food ordered was delicious. The service provided was excellent. The waiter came to the table numerous times inquiring if we are enjoying our meal and if we needed any additional items. A definite place to return to. The location is within downtown Arroyo Grande with other businesses within walking distance. There is public parking in the rear of Gina's. Enjoy the bridges and the wandering roosters in the parking area.“

“"LIFE'S TOO SHORT . . . HAVE A BLAST!" Well, I certainly did. I discovered this establishment while on a trip to the San Luis Obispo area (combination of business and pleasure). My lawyer, Barry, and I decided to give it a try for lunch. Great selection of microbrews; always a plus. I had a couple pints of one their own IPAs. Barry just had iced tea. He doesn't drink; says it hinders his judgment on the job. In addition to representing me, he also aids in the evictions of apartment tenants who are several months late with their rent. (I've noticed a lot of them seem to be single mothers with at least three kids, but I digress.) We split the Chili Cheese Waffle Fries for a starter. Loaded with chili with the right balance of spice and heartiness to it. On top of that, it didn't give me any digestive issues! Excellent burgers here. I had the Jalapeno. Half-pounder and Angus, the way it should be. Barry had a Margherita Pizza, which I thought strange coming after chili cheese fries. He said it was a lot better than the one he had at Northern Italiano a few weeks back when meeting with another client of his named Lance. Our server, Amanda, was exceptional. Just the right amount of EYE CONTACT. Regularly CHECKED UP on us, but not to the point of intrusiveness. I emphasize those points because a lot of servers today don't understand that eye contact and checking up on the customer are indispensable components to providing quality service. “Its fast american-chinese so consistent. My 5 stars is for the amazing staff on the eve of 9/18/25. Absolute chaos, my food was 30 minutes passed pick up time and while I didnt mean to be mean, they handled it in stride. They cannot help the wait, and everyone was very friendly!“
