I mostly go at night before they close. Theres always a fresh a batch of food. Nice portions and the gentleman that serves me is always very friendly. Food tastes good and prices are fair.
This is a great little place. This review is based on one dish and one dish alone. Orange chicken. Forget Panda who invented orange chicken because this recipe is always tasty. I have had orange chicken, orange peel chicken, and other types of orange chicken at other restaurants but Hong Kong Express' orange chicken beats them everytime.
