“Stopped in for breakfast and asked the waitress if the Huevos Rancheros Chile Verde plate came with rice and beans. She said yes so I asked her to hold the rice a d double the frijoles.

I judge Mexican restaurants by the frijoles and corn chips.

The chips came with cold stale chips, yesterday maybe, and Pico de Gallo with little to no spice. Thank the Lord for Tapatio.

My plate came out and it was just runny chile verde and beans. I asked where the Huevos Rancheros were as it was not under the as expected and back to the kitchen where I believe some of the chile verde was removed to make room for the additional item.

I should have had it brought out on a separate plate. lesson learned. The beans were authentic and tasty.

My friends carne asada nachos looked great and filling.

I doubt I will return unless it's on a weekend to review the Menudo and pata.“

“I’m so happy to have found this authentic Mexican restaurant. First off the bean and rice taste just like home and they have one of the best beef hard shell tacos I’ve had in the area. Great place for taco Tuesday; $2 for a chicken or beef hard shell taco“

“We ordered green chilaquiles, green beef enchiladas and asada tacos for pick up via UberEats. The food was hot when even when we got home which was amazing. There is a small salsa bar inside which is self serving. The food was good and tasted authentic. Loss of star for the asada, unfortunately I got quite a few pieces of fat/nerve and the cut was rather large - lots of chewing. The plates were flavorful and the green salsa had a nice kick of spice. I’d say their specialty is their plates. We’ll probably order from here again. Inside is very basic, not esthetically pleasing but looked decent.“

“The food was delicious, but the service left a little to be desired. It took a long time to serve. They didn't bring everything at once. The chilaquiles are supposed to have eggs. I told the waitress, and it took a long time to bring them, when the rest of the food was cold. Also, the chiles toreados, which are supposed to go with the food. Why would I want that when I've finished my meal? It took them more than seven minutes to bring a beer. It would be great if they could see how they could speed up the service. Perhaps that's where I found the most flaws.“

“Came in for a shrimp burrito today, and the dining area was clean. The service was great, and my order was prepared quickly. The burrito came with rice, beans, cabbage, pico de Gallo, avocado, and salsa. My initial thought was that it would be the same as every other shrimp burrito. Boy, was I wrong. I requested both red and green salsa with the red salsa being my personal favorite because of both flavor and spice, while the flavor of the green salsa was king. The burrito itself was delicious and, by far, one of the best shrimp burritos that I have had in a while. If it weren't so far away, I would frequent Sandy's Cocina often. I recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite to eat when in the area because, I most definitely will.“

“Food was delicious! Pollo, Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Asada tacos (names of tacos are pronouns) were fantastic. If I had to rate one first place it would be the Carnitas, a very close second was the Al Pastor. The restaurant was busy and bustling, the staff were super friendly. 4 tacos, a 500ml Mexican coke with a large bottled water was about 17 bucks. Great prices. They do not accept cards, so make sure your ATM card is in working order. Mine is a bit old and it took me a few minutes to get it to work. Definitely want to go back here.“

Outdoor dining, sun was hitting our table pretty bad, they were unable to change our table, but they accommodated by putting an umbrella which was very much helpful to cover the sun. Their Pan Dulce French toast and tres leches pancakes are the best! Try the mimosas as well! 10/10 to this place!“

“I’ve been to this location twice and each time, the place is always clean, fully stocked with sauces and napkins and the staff is really friendly and attentive when handling my order. I will for sure continue to come here and give them my business. Both times my food was warm and my freeze was on point! Love it“
