Parking: My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting La Michoacana Ice Cream University, a Mexican ice cream shop. We were looking for snacks to take out for the movies and we were craving some esquites. And so I quickly searched one up and found this place. This is located in a plaza and they're right across from the Azusa Pacific University. And now I know why they named the shop as such. Finding parking is really easy, I had no trouble finding parking although it was at night. But I'm pretty sure during the day you can easily find parking there.Food Selection: We ordered two small esquites – for the uninitiated, esquites are Mexican snacks made with corn kernels, similar to elote but served warm in disposable cups, minus the cob. We also ordered a fruit bowl topped with chamoy and tajin. While everything was delicious, the standout was definitely the fruit bowl, with the chamoy and tajin. It was flavorful and filling. (I will attach pictures of the food for reference.)Ambiance: Stepping inside, the shop was very clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I noticed in the front of the shop that they have free Wi-Fi but it was password protected. So I'm assuming that you need to ask one of the staff for the password if you want to study there for a while.Staff and Service: Though I didn't catch our server/cashier's name, he was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. I really like the fact that before handling the food, he washed his hands before attending to us– a small yet crucial detail that deserves commendation.Recommendation: I highly recommend La Michoacana Ice Cream University for anyone seeking some delicious Mexican snacks and ice cream! As a first-timer at a La Michoacana establishment, I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the experience. “Just arrived back in California and stopped here for lunch. The food was absolutely amazing. Super fresh and flavorful. Who doesn't love Hawaiian Rolls!

“Omg the food here is sooooooo good!!!! All the sandwiches have amazing flavors. The bread is so freaking fresh. Gosh I eat from here too often honestly. I love the tomatillos in the California sandwhich . The pastrami is perfect everytime. The turkey with cranberry tastes like holidays <3 the cookies are so yummy. The salads are perfect. The agua and lemonade isn't too sweet, just right. The staff is so nice and attentive too!“

“Love this Everytable location! Always clean and very friendly, helpful staffing. The meal specials they've been having have been cleaning out their shelf selections for hot meal plates but they do have online subscription and order pick ups available as well as delivery for an extra fee. Great food choices and options, and everything is calorie and carb counted so its perfect for meal prep and portion control. and super inexpensive!!!!“

“Halfsies Empanada Bodega is a hidden gem with so much potential! They recently changed ownership, and while the menu currently has a few options, every choice is top-notch. The beef empanada is my favorite so far—perfectly seasoned, tender, and just melts in your mouth. Their chimichurri sauce is also amazing, adding a tangy, herbaceous kick that takes each bite to the next level. The staff is friendly and passionate about the food, which makes you feel right at home. I’m excited to see how this place grows, and I’ll definitely be back to try whatever they come up with next. Halfsies is already on its way to becoming a local favorite!

“Bomb bacon cheese ? well I went there today and noticed the O.G staff wasn't there and in my mind I was thinking man I hope these youngsters don't mess this up. Well sorry to say the burger is not the same it's dryer than the Mojave man it's simple to just do it the way they showed you. Now I know not to order a burger unless the OG,s are back there

Would have stayed for one more beer but the server never came back when I asked for a taste of the beer I was contemplating purchasing. When they came back without the request we just paid and left. Next time we will sit at the bar, maybe service is better there.“
