Domino's Pizza in Bakersfield

“Awesome! I don't get the hate about Dominos, I really don't. Try it again. We always get the thick crust, exhtra cheese, welll done, then we add two toppings. The specifics are important, but they get them right. The thick crust will be doughy if you don't ask for it to be well done. If you don't get extra cheese, you mind find it sorely lacking in this area. If yoiu add more than two meats, it gets too greasy Soi that's why my order is specifically the best. And get those brownies. Great item for the price!“

“I haven't had Dominos in 13 years, but I always remembered liking it a lot. And 13 years later, it still stands up as a tastier pizza among all the other chain pizza places. Plus the staff was very helpful today due to an issue.

We were accidentally given the wrong order, and they made two of the same pizzas and gave us some garlic knots instead of the cake thing. We went inside and told them about it, and they instantly apologized and made us a fresh, correct pizza, the correct cake, and even gave us the wrong pizza for free which I wasn't even expecting.

That was already fantastic, but getting home and eating it was super good too. Mom agrees too that Dominos absolutely blew Pizza Hut out of the water because here, you can actually taste the quality, rather than the fatty cardboard you'd get from Pizza Hut.

Great experience, and we'll be coming back again.“

“They got like something close to high speed network going here. Built on trying to be the absolute best. There’s this high maybe 5’7 bright skinny dude in there, I believe he’s the manager and he’s actively communicating with the team in there he’s showing what cleaness, perfection and leadership during his shift.everyone on this shift is trying to be the absolute best. I’m glad I stopped by here this evening.“

“Ordered some pizzas late last night and I was surprised, but the quality was really really good and the ingredients were fresh still and also it seemed like they were using very good cleaning procedures because I can tell when these type of places don’t based off how the food taste. Great job.“

“Not sure why so many customers complain, it really shows you who has worked in customer service and food. Alot of people who spend their time yelling at employees and then proceeding to write their reviews which are usually FALSE and NOT how it happened are usually the problem. This is a great place the employees are generous and always apologetic and make it right if they make a mistake. In the future I hope anyone that goes to a dominos shows some patience and compassion for the employees that constantly deal with rude and disrespectful customers on a daily basis. Food here is always great and have never had an issue! (;“
