Love the cheesecake that is actually a cross between cake and cheesecake! It's different and love it. The cornbread is a sweet cornbread that is like a cross between cake and cornbread. We went back the same day twice lol
Simple, humble and authentic is the best way I can describe this bakery. I moved to Bakersfield in December (2022) and came across Emmanuel's Bakery by accident. I decided to stop by and I'm glad I did. I have been in Bakersfield for 4 months and I've been here 3 times. I'm in love. I found bread here that I haven't had since I was a kid. Went there and the conchas were really soft and still warm which was a good sign. Although not all the pastries that i seen online were there. Which were not ready but you can actually see them making the new Bach of pastries while inside which was cool. And it's not pricey like other places.
