Drive didn't move for 8 minutes I was car three. I parked and went in to collect my pre-order pizza and 2 bags of crazy bread. No one greeted me out of the three male employees that were behind rhe counter doing tasks. Waited for 5 minutes before a gal came forward to ask for service. She was able to collect my order, handed to me and we were good. App said it was ready in the grab cabinet they have, didn't look like they were using that today, I didn't ask why. I went through the drive-thru they told me it'd be about 20 minutes so I pulled out instead of holding up the line in the driveway and I parked out front and 20 minutes went by and went in to get my cheesy bread and they told me it would be another 20 it took me almost an hour to get mycheesy bread & 3 pizzas

They mess my order up every time. Their pizza in general taste like cardboard. I give 3 stars only because the workers are very nice and they do what they can to fix what’s messed up
