“Sam and her staff are amazing! I stopped by for lunch earlier and had a few questions about the menu. Sam took the time to answer all of them and was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind.
Later in the day, I realized I had accidentally left my purse behind. I rushed back to the store, feeling stressed and worried, and asked the staff if anyone had turned it in. Everyone immediately jumped in to help and checked with one another. Then Sam came out with my purse safely stored behind the counter, waiting for me.
I am so grateful for her honesty, kindness, and exceptional customer service. Sam truly went above and beyond, and experiences like this are why I’ll gladly return. Thank you, Sam, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive one! ❤“
