She was attentive and pizza great. Wendy did a good job. It wasn't burnt or under cook like another times. Wendy and staff was industrious unlike other times.“

“Beat pizza place in Bakersfield I’ve been to. Noteworthy: nice counter girl, fantastic crispy pizza with even portioned toppings and not greasy, clean fun atmosphere, punching bag game. “First of all, I LOVE pizza. However, I also like not breaking the bank. For this reason I would always go to Little Caesars for there hot-n-ready. It wasn't great, but it was cheap, and I LOVE pizza. Until I finally realized one day that I was paying over $20 for 2 hot-n-ready pizzas. Rusty's pizza is really good, and their ranch is house made and I love it. Super expensive though. About 3 months ago I realized Magoo's was still there, and I remembered eating there when I was a kid. Magoo's Pizza is on par with Rusty's (if not better), and better priced. I've eaten there every 1-2 weeks for the last 3 months. Today I bought 2 large pizzas (1 three topping pizza, and 1 half and half pizza) and a large house made ranch for about $48.

“We love their pizza, they acknowledge you and greet you right as you are going in. Very polite and great atmosphere, staff is really professional and they are willing to help you out. Their pizza is not too doughy it is just the right amount, The sauce is not acidic and has that tomato taste. We got mild wings they were just perfect for us not too spicy.“

“High quality ingredients for superb taste, abundant toppings, evenly distributed toppings, friendly staff, and extreme value. Easy to bake for a fresh crisp crust. I bake a regular crust pizza for 8 min on the tray at 425 and then separate the crust from the pan by lifting the edge with a spatula as I turn the pizza in the oven using tongs. I then slide the loosened pizza off the pan onto the middle rack to complete the baking. Yummy and perfect every time!!

Vegetarian options: For vegetarians, I highly recommend trying the Herb Chicken Mediterranean without the chicken and adding another topping, like garlic, at no extra cost.“

“My husband and I tried this spot for lunch yesterday. Very friendly service and food was fresh. We both got a giant slice, and I added a side salad to mine. “When I heard about the new management, I wanted to give this place a try after 2 years because I didn’t like how they made it before. But now it is so so delicious. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one butter chicken and one paneer tikka. It fed my family of 5 with leftovers. The deal was buy one get one free and I only paid $28.13 for both. If they keep the prices low, deals going, and taste the same, it’ll be the best Indian style pizza in town. Highly recommend!!“

But this last Monday I went to Me and Ed's on Coffee road in Bakersfield and it was the best it's ever been! Just like the Me-n-Ed's pizza I used to get in Fresno back and late '80s early '90s!“

“I give the pizza five stars. Pretty decent atmosphere. Owner who was there seemed pretty solid. On the two occasions I’ve been, there, I had two different bartenders. One gorgeous girl who was extremely friendly and polite. I believe her name was Maddy. The other one kinda masculine, body builder type, extremely rude. I would go back, but not on her shift.“

“John's has been around since I was a wee lad. If I were reviewing as a child, I'm sure it would be highly rated. You walk in and are greeted by warm smiles. If you're lucky, you'll be helped by an enthusiastic and cheerful Emma. I was trying to use gift cards and ran into some errors, but after some help from her supervisor, we got it resolved.
I remember the unusual pizza combinations as a kid, and I'm kind of glad they are only made by request now, I mean, come on, peanut butter?? Lol.
So they have a huge two part arcade, larger than MB2, BLVD, Chuckle Cheese, and Dave & Buster's. However, their card system sucks compared to the above-mentioned arcades. The interface is spotty, and it is hard to scan your card sometimes, or the reader doesn't read it right away. And then we get to the playablity and cleanness of the games. I get the arcade is huge, but it only takes a few minutes to wipe a game down. If a game isn't working to its specified standards, then it should be taken out of play or worked on by the tech team. The busboy team was pretty good at cleaning tables and getting dishes out of the way, I know it's not the most glamours job, so I have respect for them.
I think if they could improve their card system and just do some standard cleaning and arcade repair or placement in a different manner, it would elevate their flow. Overall, it was a solid time there as a parent.“
