“I had the best customer service experience here out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. We came in just before noon on a Friday and were greeted once we got to the kiosk. The same worker let us know he would be happy to help us if we had any questions; he finished the rest of our order and served us with a smile, making sure we knew he had put hot sauce and napkins in the bag for us. I wasn’t able to get his name but he was tall and had a mustache; his customer service was top notch! 😄 Finally, when we were on our way out the door he said to us, “Have a nice day and thanks for coming in!” Oh! And the Crunchwrap we ordered was made well and the drinks were mixed right. ☺️ The store front and bathrooms were also clean and well kept.“

“I never eat in here, but the food is 99% of the time accurate.The manager and his team are friendly and positive vibes.Only one person I saw without a smile and a friendly attitude, but this was a person from months ago I not seen them in a while, so I say 10 out of 10 customer service so far.“

“Hadden The delightful young man who works the register both times I’ve been there is an amazing face for this establishment. He goes above and beyond always so friendly and quick with our orders. Good work ethic at such a young age every employer should have a Hadden . The food is always fresh & delicious The service we receive is what brings us back keep up the good working in WaBa Grill thank you for your delicious menu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Chicken was cooked to crispy perfection. Tender and Juicy. Regular or spicy you can’t go wrong. Spicy was very tasty without being overly hot. We definitely will eat here again.“

“I'm not sure the food is still as good as it used to be. We tried the tacos and just like the bowls the amount of meat is so small. I took several bites and first duct get any meat, then got maybe 1 piece of meat. They just shove it full of fillers. For the price, the meat should be half the taco then the extra stuff you want in it“
