“I like Foster Freeze, no serious complaints but there REALLY NEEDS to be a standard for the amount of fixings added to a twister. Ive gotten a medium Reese’s twister almost every day this past month and sometimes it’s a good amount, sometimes (very few) it’s a lot and then sometimes it’s like they forgot to put some in. I mean I pay almost $8 for this I should get a standard amount each time!”

“I didn't see anything about food but the bartender was very friendly. That is always nice going to place for first time. They had a live band playing. They played well and it was like folk music. Just one of my favorites to listen to.the beer was cold and drinks were poured wonderful! If you like the game of pool, then you will be happy here. 2 tables that are level . The bad would be area. The surrounding buildings were borded up which didn't bother me but might others. There was a guy who wanted to use my phone. That seemed weird with his story. Something about buying a Ferrari! Lol . When leaving we had wonderful views of police cars with spotlights shining across street. They were looking for someone and we didn't want to meet him so left fast lol”

“The staff is wonderful as long as you are nice to them. Mary Jane is delightful so is Tre,Paco,Dawn,Rosa,Solena, are some of the names that come to mind. The food is good and the price is comparable to other places in Barstow. I'd go back again”

Located near the highway it was easy access and fast service. No problem. We went from our drive from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.”

I ha e been on a mission to have the best burritos in the area and this place was above average. There is a small area outside in the front with seating but most use drive-thru.”

“One of the coolest Mcdonalds I’ve ever been in. This is a former train that’s been converted to a Mcdonalds and a few other stores. They’ve done a great job recently renovating the location as well.

We got the nuggets, fries, and a McDouble.

“This is a locals bar that was very friendly. We stumbled on The 86ers on Thanksgiving Day and there was a good crowd. They had a nice Thanksgiving dinner set up for everyone that was free. I felt that the drinks were a little pricey but what isn’t these days. We struck up a conversation with a couple of locals and we laughed for hours. We had a great time. If were ever back in Barstow overnight we will definitely go there again.”

“One of the better Panda Express locations I’ve been to. The staff was meticulous and the store was impeccable. They even checked in to see if we needed anything, which you don’t usually expect at a place like this. Maybe it helped that I came right at opening, but everything was fully stocked, the floors were clean, and the food quality was excellent. I live in a city and don’t always see service like this, so I really appreciated it.”

“I orders the chicken Alfredo. It came with a salad and cheese garlic bread. They give you a lot so one order can feed two people. The Alfredo was good you could taste the garlic. I will be ordering from there again.”

The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. There’s plenty of room to eat and have fun with your friends and families. There’s public parking located in the lot and there’s bathrooms available.”

“On November 8th 2025 I begun my day in Culver City, CA. We were watching a video on the history of trilobites to support a dig near the town of amboy that my group was doing. Trilobites are an arthropod that existed in the Paleocene. The rocks in this area holds late Cambrian trilobites. My dad never thought I’d accomplish anything. We arrived in Barstow at 9:25 and looked at places to eat and saw that Panda Express opened at 9:30. We arrived at 9:29 and waited outside for approximately 2 minutes before deciding to eat at Jack in the Box across the street.

Update 9/9: We successfully unearthed some trilobites but mainly the head component, which are called the cephalon. Still a very successful dig. We stopped at this Panda Express on the drive back and arrived at approximately 1:30, I was greeted with the smells of chow mein and orange chicken. However, I live my life mainly as a vegetarian so I opted to eat the eggplant tofu and the half and half combo with power greens. The root beer option was broken in the drink machine which was very disappointing. When I was a kid I used to drink root beer thinking it would get me drunk, unfortunately it just gave me diabetes.

When I was greeted thru the speaker, her voice boomed w a sincere smiling sound! It actually perked me up instantly bc I felt I had to match her level of energy.😏
When I pulled up to the window her smile matched how she sounded. Her good energy absolutely lifted my spirits & I left feeling better than when I arrived.
You have an excellent employee who should definitely be training everyone on how to deliver customer service w Perfection!!!!
