“1st time customer. Greeted with kindness and a smile. Staff was hustling, place was full but the servers was kind, courteous and pleasant. Always tipping off my water, ensuring everything was good.

Food was basic and simple but, not in a bad way. Buttery to die for fresh bread sticks, dish included toasted buttered bread that was cut to resemble a heart on my plate of Alfredo.

Didn't think of taking a picture until after I ate it.

In a day and age of below average service as the new normal, this place clearly understands that great food alone is not enough, the service was phenomenal.

“My mom, daughter and I ventured to Banning just to try El Aji Peruano. Where there is Peruvian food, I will travel to it!
The inside is clean and decorated with Peruvian decor. It has a family restaurant vibe with an elevated menu.

We loved the selection of dishes to choose from. Not all Peruvian places offer dishes like Seco and Escabeche. We ordered both the beef and shrimp saltados. Both had delicious flavors. I just always prefer a little more jugo. We also had the Seco and it was incredible. 5 stars for tender and flavorful meat with the perfect accompaniments, rice, beans, pickled onions.

The Tallarines was delicious with the right amount of sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly. The escabeche pescado was not our favorite, it could have used some more flavor. We also tried the alfajores and lucuma ice cream for dessert.

The Ice cream was of course delicious but the cookies were to die for. The cookies melt in your mouth and had the right amount of caramel.

The service was friendly and attentive. The chef even came out to meet us.

We're so glad to have found this place. We can't wait to come back and try everything they have to offer.“

“AMAZING!!! I love it when small businesses take an existing product or idea and totally think outside the box and push the limit of their craft to new places.
This was the experience my family and I just had here. We rushed to make it in, we had no idea this place existed right down the street and oh man were we rewarded.
My wife got a Bigfoot sundae. And it was incredible. My daughter had a triple scoop, strawberry cheesecake and butter pecan. My uncle had a cookies and cream singlenscoop in a chocolate dipped sugar cone. And I had a pistachio/vanilla/chocolate malt, oh how I love a good malt.
The gentleman working there, possibly owner(?), really knew his stuff. He was kind, funny, attentive, and an all around nice guy. He even offered to let us eat our ice cream next door in the art center.
The price was incredible. All 4 of us had our sweet treats for under 30 dollars. I wish I had pictures to share, but nothing lasted long enough to make it home in the light.
We will absolutely be coming back. I have to try the sunkist orange soda float.“

“On the road to Palm Springs and found Gramma’s for a late breakfast. Cute place walking I. Takes you back in time. Food was tasty but make sure if you order the banana nut bread (too sweet for us) that you order it warm. Friendly service but slow. Slower than molasses in January. Slower than gramma at 95. Unless you’re in a hurry, this is a good place to get a bite. We’re adding it to our road trip list of good places to eat.“

The beers all seem to taste pretty good especially the strawberry acai sour one or so. They had live music when I was there so it made the experience pretty chill.“

“Just went here for the 2nd time and the food was excellent. No rush to get food out and we enjoyed Chefs choice of the day. Very relaxing time reminded me of our visit to Firenza,Italy. We ,Americans are always rushing. I thought it was an authentic Italian restaurant experience. I recommend it as a treat from time to time. They do have coupons in the Yucaipa Magazine, but I did not. Dress seemed more casual this second time which we prefer.“
