I would not be able to explain characteristics but I can 100% say it was DELICIOUS. My husband bought two at first then after trying it and already in the car he went back and bought 3 more. In my opinion still weren't enough!!!!! They were gone asap!!. Lol. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy authentic Salvadorian food!
