“First time visiting this Tom's (I live closer to the one on State St and Santa Ana). The service and food is JUST AS GREAT. Nice portions, cooked exactly how I like it, and the servers and cooks are all cool and efficient. Love the breakfast burritos and Steak and Eggs. Recommended.“

Theres a public parking right around the corner, the food was ready pretty quick, fresh seats outside, and delicious burger and curly fries. I’m coming here again if I’m ever in the area.“

You would be doing yourself a disservice to not try the Fries as well as the accompanying sauces.

“Simply amazing. I got a double steakburger with thick patties and it was super filling a unique delicious. Don't sleep on the hot dog though. It tastes amazing on the toast bun. They have a little wheel that you can spin to get free stuff and discounts, which is why I got the fries. I ended up eating more food than I bargained for, but I'm glad I got the full experience.

One of the standout positives is that they now accept EBT, which makes their food more accessible to everyone. The prices are reasonable considering the portions, most meals range from about $10 to $15. They also have combo options that include drinks, and the drink station is fully stocked with Pepsi products, frozen slushies, and soft-serve machines.

The interior is simple but clean, with a modern black tile floor and red booth seating. There’s plenty of space to sit and eat comfortably. The “Order Here” signage is clear, and there’s a solid system in place for taking orders.

Staff were efficient, though not overly friendly, which is fine, this place seems more about speed and quantity than sit-down service. Still, the food came out hot and fresh.

Nexx's burger tastes real fresh. The price for a double cheeseburger is very respectable. The fries are more flavorful and thicker than most fast food restaurants. “The best customer service on the map. April took my call right before 9 they close at 9:30 I made it there. Got my order and my food was hot the manager served me and met these ladies I almost cried they were so nice. The answer was either the teriyaki bowl or plates, and the teriyaki burgers.. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl.. it looked and smelled great driving home.. “I came here cause my partner found it and raved about it. He bought me a club Sandwich the day he found it and it was really good. We just came today and had their cheeseburger and fries. Nothing in the burger was like mushy. Everything felt fresh and with a bite. My favorite part is that their fried zucchini is breaded in this light, yet crunchy breading.
