“Decided to stop by here on the way to LA after a delicious ice cream treat. We ordered quesadillas and their tacos. The food was spot on and this is after us having some ice cream. The food is prepared outside on the parking lot in front of the store. I love their green sauce and they’re very generous with their cilantro and onions. The service was amazing as the young lady made great recommendations and she was very nice. The ambience is nice because you have a choice of sitting outside on a nice day or if it’s cold you have the choice to sit inside the marketplace.“

“I walked by IndiMex and happy I walked in! The food is mind-blowing good! I ordered chicken tandoori with their special sauce on the side. They normally use for the special sauce for their Chicken Masala. The secret sauce is like nothing Ive tried before. It's sweet with hints of savory, ten stars!“

“I'm usually not a big fan of lamb, but this place really knows how to prepare it. My favorite dish is definitely the lamb ribs they're incredibly tender, flavorful, and practically fall off the bone. Even someone who doesn't normally enjoy lamb would probably appreciate how well they're cooked here. I also tried the milk tea and really enjoyed it. The regular version was great, although I wasn't a fan of the salty milk tea since it just wasn't my personal taste.
The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, so seating can feel a bit limited during busy times. However, the food more than makes up for it. The quality, flavor, and tenderness of the lamb keep me coming back. If you're looking for a place that does lamb exceptionally well, this spot is definitely worth checking out.“

“Fantastic! I randomly found this place while craving Lebanese food. While it’s not exactly that, I was intrigued by their “where Mexican meets Mediterranean” concept and stopped in. They told me their Mediterranean side is inspired by Lebanese and Syrian cuisine, and I was sold.

I got the chicken shawarma plate. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the rice was great, and I went with the baba ghanoush after they recommended it. It was so good. If you’ve never loved baba ghanoush because the eggplant is overpowering, their version is perfect for you since all the flavors are balanced nicely. The Mexican influence complements it beautifully.

The young woman who took my order told me her mother is the chef, and she made my meal. I’m officially one of her biggest fans and can’t wait to come back and try more. Delicious!

“I had a delightful Iranian breakfast at Cafe de Alley in Los Angeles. The owner is a very friendly gentleman who made my experience truly special. The food was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my visit. I highly recommend this cafe and will definitely be returning!“

“This spot is a local gem! Extremely delicious and authentic Indo food in our neighborhood. We tried the Kwe Tia’s Goreng which is similar to pad see ew and Perkedel which is like a potato fritter, but our favorite was the Nasi Bungkus, which was a sampling of different curries on top of rice paired with fried chicken. It was so delicious, and the sambals on the side were really spicy, which was a nice surprise! The chef was very welcoming and friendly, and there is tons of space in the dining room to sit down and eat. I’ll definitely be coming back for takeout and try the noodle dishes!“

“I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. “Went to get a take out butter chicken pizza. When I got home I was amazed how much toppings they added to the pizza. The whole pizza was filled with chicken! They don't skimp on thier meats! The pizza was delicious and my family loved it. It has that good curry spice to the pizza. One of the best indian pizzas I had recently. Keep up the good work, you gained a new repeating customer!“

Oh and the seasoning for their fries! Delicious and mouth watering flavors! Their bread is the perfect softness and there is enough chicken for every bite! Even the coleslaw they use taste great! Again, not a fan of coleslaw but theirs is a subtle flavor that just complement the slider sandwich.

“Quality Indonesian restaurant with real Kechup. We went for Father’s Day and didn’t have a long wait for seating. The staff was friendly and patient with our ordering and questions about the menu. I had just returned from several months in Indonesia the food at Toko Rame was pretty authentic and had a good taste of Indonesian flavor. I ordered the egg noodles with chicken and ate everything😊 There are some lunch specials and they have many traditional Indonesian drinks. I shared the menu with my friend in Jakarta and she said the menu had many items common in Sumatra. I’d recommend it and try a few different items to get a good variety since it’s hard to decide if you like it based on one dish. They seemed to do a good take-out business while I was there also.“

“I was there in California from another state. We ordered jalapeños beef burgers, halwa puri platters, beef seekh kabobs with rice platter, masala fries, mango lassi and sweet lassi. Each and every single food item was fresh and hot, seekh kabobs were so juicy and perfect flavor, cholay were soft and with some light gravy to eat with puri. Aalo were soft yet some small size chunks in plate with light gravy, and halwa that you just don’t want to stop eating. My kids are very picky eaters but they loved each and every single thing we ordered from this restaurant. Beef burger was so yummy that my daughter kept ordering the next time we went there again. We ended up going 3 times in our 1 week trip. We tried their fried chicken the third day, oh my gosh it’s just one of the best fried chicken ever. We were so glad that we were able to find a halal restaurant with all the choices at one place for our kids and adults. Last but not the least, their prices were very reasonable and the staff was very nice and friendly.“

“We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve. We know that often times when you see something on IG and go experience a place in person it may not be as expected. That was NOT the case with Big Al's Pizzeria. WOW!! Can't even tell you how much they exceeded our expectations when it came to the flavors and textures that they deliver. You can tell that they use High Quality, Fresh Ingredients and take pride in their creations, especially with everything being homemade!! I know a lot of people say that it takes a while to receive their pizza but we can tell you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT AND CALORIES!! The combinations on their pizzas are next level and so fun and unique! The pizza dough has the perfect fluffiness, chewy texture and flavor. The wings WOW! Definitely in our top 5 of favorites! So crispy and flavorful! OOh plus the Brisket Sandwich and the bread they use... ufffff!!! Don't forget about Dessert! Even if you fill up on pizza you better at least take a slice home with you because IT IS WORTH IT!! They are large, creamy, flavorful and just AMAZEBALLS! We got the Tiramisu and it was NEXT LEVEL! Everything is OUT OF THIS WORLD and we can't recommend them enough!“

I got the medium chicken tikka masala which wasn’t too spicy so i’d move up spice levels if you like spice. The portions are generous and the chicken was tender, sauce was flavorful. The vegetable samosas were large and perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It comes with complimentary mint chutney and tamarind sauce too, which were so good. There is a BOGO deal on doordash which gives you so much bang for your buck. I highly recommend this place since it’s open late, and i’ll definitely be back!

Q) Oh, I see. Was this your first time visiting?
A) Yes, Rodney. A few Muslim gym buddies o' mine kept recommending Pak Halal, so of course I had to give the place a shot.

Q) What did you order?
A) Being my first time, I gave the Special Dishes display a thorough perusing.

Knowing I wanted a beef or mutton entree, after much thought & deliberation, I went all in on Pak Halal's Beef Nihari.

Q) Rodney, how was the Beef Nihari?
A) Spiced tender beef, swimming in flavorful broth. I enjoyed the Beef Nihari. I prefer a solid amount of fat to meat, and the Beef Nihari had just what I was looking for. Ample portions, with enough to fill up on. Speaking of filling up, the ginormous Garlic Naan provided a lot of garlicky carbs, made all the more better when soaking up with the Beef Nihari broth

Q) How was the service, and what are the seating arrangements?
A) Rodney, the service was good. The wait wasn't unreasonable. Being a small deli, there is a table or two inside & outside. Pak Halal is more an order ahead, grab n' go eatery. The railing outside Pak Halal acts as a standing communal table, in which I used to dine on my meal.

Q) Rodney, would you recommend Pak Halal?
A) Absolutely, Rodney! The food was great at Pak Halal, and when I'm in a hurry and not looking for a sit-down restaurant experience, I know I can head over to Pak Halal and order something to go, or enjoy a quick meal on the railing, before life's troubles beckon me, elsewhere“

“Extremely fresh chicken that’s cooked right after ordering , Giorgio Who I think was the owner was very kind and welcoming, and helped us with the menu. The sauce that was in the burrito was spectacular and the fries were nicely Seasoned I honestly regret not ordering the number one but will next time and the mac & cheese looks even better“
