Food: Sandwiches are good, especially the crispy pork sandwich. Not many places have crispy pork in Berkeley so that's a plus. It is a bit pricy compared to some of the other spots I've been to in San Jose, but it is on the cheaper side for Berkeley restaurant pricing. As a Vietnamese person, I wouldn't trust any other local business to cater for my banh mi needs than this place. While some places have decent sandwiches, this restaurant keeps it simple with traditional fillings like paté, pickled vegetables, and jalapeños (which pack quite the punch even for myself).Placing the order was simple and they were able to cater to the dietary needs of everyone at my event. Roast pork sandwich (half size) was decent and the size was decent. You get what you pay for.Bun bo hue was decent. Nice and extra spicy. Meat was not enough but you get what you pay for. Tasted good anyway!Nice hidden gem (Opinion)
