After being a patron of the Cheeseboard for 45+ years, I experienced the rudest customer service by a dour girl named Caylly. It was so upsetting I contacted the CB to express my dismay. No apology was offered, and Caylly’s behavior was minimized and excused due to the stresses we are all experiencing these days.
