Wanted to get a cup of hot water and the guy behind the counter shook his head no. I said to him can I purchase a cup of hot water. He said they don't do that. I left the place and thought that maybe they didn't want to get confused with Starbucks. Free wifi is a plus. Thank you
i was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the pastries i ordered since i haven't heard great things about this peet's drinks. i ordered the blueberry scone and marble bread and thoroughly enjoyed both! i had the blueberry scone immediately after i ordered it, but ate the marble bread a day later. the bread still tasted fresh and went really well with the english breakfast tea i made to go with it. all in all, i would recommend both pastries! also, i added half a star...read full review

Very convenient spot for coffee at UC Berkeley! I love the blueberry muffins as there is a great crunch at the top. The matcha latte is also very nice too, I usually order mine with extra cinnamon for a kick. There is some confusion as it is located at the Den, which is a UC Berkeley store. There are a few tables outside for seating, which makes it a decent spot for a quick place to meet for coffee.
