Sensational pizza, expert craftsmanship, truly fantastic experience. Can't say enough about state flour pizza co! Derek, the owner, is an insanely talented chef and pizzaiolo, and him and his team are cranking out some of the best pies in the bay (and beyond), hands down. The dough is light and digestible, and that perfect combination of airy, chewy, crispy and light. You can't go wrong with a pizza from State Flour. Enjoy!!
One of the best thin crust pizzas you can find around the Bay Area, and I can’t believe it’s not more well-known yet. But that’s coming soon!!! There’s both innovative, pizzas and more traditional topping pizzas, but all made with the most amazing ingredients and you can get them both as whole pizzas or slices. You can also get some amazing salads there. Try it out, you absolutely won’t be disappointed.

Literally the best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. Place looks spare, but the food is first class. Salads are as good as it gets. Derick is owner/chef, having come from a Michelin restaurant in SF, he knows what he’s doing. You will not be disappointed !
