Tupper & Reed is a lovely spot with a great atmosphere, beautiful decor, and delicious drinks. The bartenders are friendly, and the mocktail Manhattan was a thing of beauty. The only downside was the lighting, but the experience was still enjoyable. It's a cute pre-dinner drink spot while waiting for a table at Angeline's next door. The building is wheelchair accessible on the bottom floor.
