It is a great place for groceries and authentic Indian street food. Very lunch cafeteria type feeling with outdoor covid seating with ample parking and great service. Berkeley traffic is the only issue getting here from anywhere in the East Bay.
Once was my family’s favorite Indian restaurant. Their food and service have gone down hill. The last few times we’ve gotten takeout, they’ve gotten our order wrong. We miss the old Viks!
