“We made a specific drive from Fresno to have lunch. The drive was more then worth while. We were not disappointed. Laura was so accommodating and friendly. The brisket sandwiches were fabulous. I had slaw on mine. Peach cobbler with ice cream was delicious. We plan to visit on a regular basis and plan to try the brine salmon next trip.”

“For my birthday, my husband got me Smores cupcakes! They were SO yummy! Unfortunately they didn't travel well (I think that was my fault, but I'm not sure)...I love stopping by Inklings to get cake pops. Ive also tried the cinnamon rolls, which are large, but too much cinnamon for me. You can't beat the delivery, but I'd love to see a storefront too!”

“An excellent place to stop and eat a great meal after hiking through the Sierra National Forest. Grandma's chicken pot pie is definitely my favorite but the burgers are really good too. We had hot chocolate since it was a hike in the snow and it was definitely some of the best hot chocolate I've had in Shaver. I highly recommend this place for dinner. 10/10”

We were there late and the bartender and waitresses invited us over by the fire at the bar to continue catching up with our friends and enjoy our kid free night out. We always feel welcomed when we stop in and look forward to many more meals by the fire!”
