“In & Outs remind of an a 50s hangout spot. Where teens would go hang out ..reminds me of tht movie Grease. Love the environment. & I also come here for their ICE ..im an ice eater & jus LOOOVE their ice..I would make trips for a an Xtra large drink just to fill it up w ICE. They have this type of chewable ice in san bernardino. I wish all their spots had this type of ice“

“This place is bomb. A coworker recommended it. I walked in and told the girl in line behind us to go ahead because we had never been there before. She said me either! And we all laughed about that. This place is cool tho. Laid back vibe, friendly employees. The burger…probably the best I have ever had, no joke. This is exactly how I like them. A real smash burger with crispy edges. Double was $8 and it comes with grilled onion, bacon, cheese, sauce and you can add a lot of other stuff. Fries were perfect, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and good seasoning. When we left we said thanks and the guy in the back said “hey see you guys tomorrow?” I was like…yeah lol…cause he might. If not tomorrow we will for sure be back very soon. Give this place a chance, you won’t be sorry.“

“I have been passing this place for years and finally went in and have to say its a must stop. We tried the chipotle pasta and the pizza and they both were full of flavor and tasted soo fresh, even the jalapeño poppers were perfect didn't taste frozen. The prices are not bad you get a good portion and its so delicious. The family that owns it has it down to even the service Orlando is a young gentleman in the making and his sister was just as great I forget her name, but both on top of everything and polite. Trust me you will go back I know we are :)“
“Nice restaurant that deserves more recognition. I’ve been meaning to give this place a visit and I’m glad I did. The burger and fries were good but could use a unique twist, and the price was fitting. The strawberry lemonade was tasty too. The staff were really kind and polite. Would visit again! Note: my order was drive-through.“

“Fantastic food. Can't speak highly enough of what I have to assume is a family run business. Don't let the look of the surrounding businesses and potential loiters deter you from indulging. “We grew up on Carl's jr down our street. Love the fire grill flavours and the sauce.
Why some fast food kitchens put yellow mustard on burgers is beyond me, shocking! lol. Carl's sauce is great.
Mustard is important for hot dogs and links though, I admit 🌞.
Also their chicken strips are top notch says my honey.“

“First time coming here, we order a bacon, burger, chicken sandwich, combos, and some chili cheese fries I love the chili cheese fries they were fire. Customer service was on point and I love the atmosphere very warming. Chicken sandwich was good. Love the fries golden brown crispy but I’m sorry I’m gonna have to pass on the hamburger. I don’t know what kind of sauce they put on it but I did not like it plus the bread was not toasted it was mid but anyways, that’s just my opinion. Come check it out yourself here in the city of San Bernardino.“

“This place was amazing food was awesome went with my family last Sunday and it was about 16 of us to adults to kids and this place did not disappoint at all. Great customer service food came out fresh the Char-Broil burgers 🍔 are the best even had a breakfast burrito also was amazing over all great experience definitely going back. 10 out of 10“

“The manager Brittany was so warm and welcoming! She was out on the floor, checking on everyone, getting refills, people’s orders, and cleaning up plates and cups! She’s one of the only mangers I’ve ever seen out on the floor helping when I visit ! My boyfriend had some questions because we just found out I’m pregnant, and he was being cautious and she made him feel like his questions weren’t dumb and she reassured us !!“

“Had an amazing experience at this location, my waitress Adrianna was phenomenal! She was so kind towards my children and constantly checking on us; making sure our cup was never empty, despite how busy it was in there! She still got our food to the table in a timely manner, with exceptional customer service ! Our food was great & my family and I will definitely be coming back. “Oh my god that food was like having a party in my mouth. Best hamburger I've ever had. The bacon. Cheeseburger had thick pieces of bacon on it. The smell by itself was wonderful. I also had fried zucchini. I don't think I'm overstateing how good and fresh the food was. I'd eat there again today. They have a wide variety of good Mexican and American. They even have a drive through. A must try place to eat.😋“

“Service was quick. You have an extensive menu to satisfy your appetite. As soon as you bite down on your burger, you get the smell and taste of delicious thousand island! The hamburgers are well done and tasty. I got some chili cheese fries as well, which were not to my liking. The chili was sweet, the cheese ratio was good, and fries were good. Both crunchy and those soft wiggly ones which are good. The pastrami sandwich was packed and had good flavor. The pastrami itself wasn't chewy and recommend it.“

“The Blue Jay blue cheese burger at Spade and Spatula is amazing (wagyu beef patty, gorgonzola crumble, balsamic glaze, candied bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato). Wagyu beef comes from Japanese cows that are fed a special diet. The beef is a different color from regular hamburger meat, and it tastes much different and much better. My waitress Isca was dressed as Krampus, the horned being that travels with St. Nick to deal with the not so nice children. Spade and Spatula has wonderful food and great service.“
