“This hide gem is a perfect taqueria. They have indoor sitting. They are one of the better places to get Mexican style food in arcata. Fresh ingredients and the salsa is house made which is as a plus super tasty! Staff is friendly and quick service. 100% worth trying! Beers are cheap however they have a small selection!“

“We got the grilled halibut tacos and the halibut fish and chips and the halibut tacos were great but don't get the grilled because the fried halibut from the fish and chips is outstanding and would send the tacos over the top being fried! Get the fried fish! And the fries are very good, taste like an old school McDonald's fry! The service was quick, 5 orders to go took maybe 10-15 minutes? Were not local but we will stop here again on our way through! Only minor complaint is the fish tacos for the price should get fries with it. The fish and chips is a good portion and super good crunch! Tacos just a little to small portion for the price! Excellent food tho highly recommend! They have specials too (see pictures). And the tar tar sauce is sssssooooooo gooooodddd!“

The prices are good but being an outlet store I try not to buy what won't be eaten shortly after purchase. “What a great sushi place! So glad we stumbled upon this out of the way super tasty off the beaten path sushi place in Arcata. It’s a mom n pop shop atmosphere but the food is fine dining style. We both got a roll with salmon in it, can’t remember the names but they were both delicious. The Miso soup, tempura veggies and edamame are all bomb too. Made a mistake of ordering three sakis, they came in a nice size bottle with more than enough for the three of us. Portions are generous and the food is fresh. Got the seaweed salad this trip and it was great, nice roasted sesame flavor. This is now our favorite place to get sushi in Arcata“

“Spacious area with outdoor seating, excellent selection of inebriants + nonalcoholic options, adjacent food truck with insanely yummy food + outdoor seating (but not pet-friendly 🥲).

On a Saturday afternoon in November the place was lightly filled, and bar service immediate. Truck food was fresh-prepared so took a bit, but you get a buzzer so no need to stand around twiddling thumbs.

I had the vegan Yogi Bowl which was outstanding (and spendy at $18, but it was enough for two meals) and thoroughly enjoyed the array of ingredients & flavors. 🥗🍚🍲

This is the only bar I’ve found so far that carries both a Belgian Tripel (in the correct glass) + cider + kombucha + root beer on tap. 👏🏼👏🏼

The only downside is that the view from the patio is basically a wire fence & parking lot (or the nearby thoroughfare), but if you angle your seating you can see forested mountains⛰️ in the background. 😉“

“If you like Roundtable pizza order it here in McKinleyville. This is the best Roundtable pizza my son and I ever had. We've eaten at multiple locations in Redding California over the past 10 years and this is hands down better. There was no bubbles, a good sauce to cheese ratio, and perfectly cooked. Alisha is the manager, she was very nice. It was so good that we went back the next day and ordered more. We will be ordering from this location everytime we come out here for vacation.“
