We had the pork chop and pasta with mussels. The pork chop was huge but unfortunately a little dried out. The pasta was good but the mussels were small. We sat outside by the fire pits and it was absolutely beautiful. Our waitress was very friendly and the bus boy never let our water glasses get empty.
We ate dinner at Drakes for my birthday and it was nice but truthfully, the dinner we had at the Fireside lounge the night before (and the service - shout out to Halle) was better! Service at Drakes was extremely slow (Tom was our server), the steak was good but not the best we've ever had. The free dessert with a candle was sweet; the view was wonderful, and the charcuterie board was awesome. Left me with a so-so feeling. Very popular restaurant located in the Lodge at Bodega Bay. Restaurant was full on a Saturday night. Upscale interior with nice woodwork. Wonderful place for special celebrations, gatherings with family and friends, or date night. Food was solid. Excellent customer service.
