Customer service was great. Really busy but still got my food within 5 minutes. I got a veggie bowl, the guac was perfection.
I’ve always been a fan of Chipotle, and it’s usually one of my favorite go-to spots for a quick Mexican-style meal.
This was my first time at the Brea Mall food court location, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. I ordered my usual bowl with shredded beef and guacamole.
The shredded beef was extremely salty, to the point that I couldn’t finish my meal, which is very unusual for me. The guacamole also looked very dark, which...read full review

Kevin is the greatest worker I've had the honor of being served by since the last time I went to the Cheesecake Factory in New York. Chipotle Mexican Grill offers excellent customer service with friendly staff and a clean, well-lit environment. The Quesarito, a secret menu item, was prepped well with perfectly cooked chicken. While one customer noted a dirty dining area and a lack of handwashing by the staff, recent reviews highlight the outstanding service from team members like Kevin and Drew. Kevin is praised for his respect for portion sizes and his friendly demeanor, making customers feel valued. Drew also went above and beyond to assist a customer, earning high praise for his efforts. Despite some concerns, the fast food restaurant inside Brea Mall provides good service and a comfortable seating area in the food court, where the food is hot, perfectly seasoned, and the staff is kind and attentive.
