“Today I went to the food court @ Brea mall , went to Wetzel’s Pretzels purchased a cinful cinnamon pretzel, pepperoni pizza pretzel, regular strawberry lemonade, jalapeño cheese dipping sauce , & sweet glaze dipping sauce , unfortunately they were out of sweet glaze dipping sauce so nice associate informed me & gave me caramel dipping sauce for my cinful cinnamon pretzel I rarely eat pretzels in general today was a nice treat. Nice customer service, mall atmosphere,“

“You NEED to fix the door. Upon entering I actually got a huge hit on my ankle because the door swung closed SO FAST. It broke skin and left me with lasting pain and a slight limp. You need to replace the damper on the door!! This is critical safety protocol for a door.“

“I enjoyed Wetzel’s Pretzels. It was strange that they didn’t have a big menu board in the restaurant. They had tiny menus in front of the cash registers. A big menu would make it easier to decide on what I want before I get to the register. I got the cheesy dog.“

“I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“
