Pretzels near Brea, CA

“Today I went to the food court @ Brea mall , went to Wetzel’s Pretzels purchased a cinful cinnamon pretzel, pepperoni pizza pretzel, regular strawberry lemonade, jalapeño cheese dipping sauce , & sweet glaze dipping sauce , unfortunately they were out of sweet glaze dipping sauce so nice associate informed me & gave me caramel dipping sauce for my cinful cinnamon pretzel I rarely eat pretzels in general today was a nice treat. Nice customer service, mall atmosphere,“

“You NEED to fix the door. Upon entering I actually got a huge hit on my ankle because the door swung closed SO FAST. It broke skin and left me with lasting pain and a slight limp. You need to replace the damper on the door!! This is critical safety protocol for a door.“

“I stopped by Wetzel’s Pretzels near Disneyland and tried the plain pretzel for the first time.

It was freshly baked and delicious, with a nice buttery flavor. I was short on time, so I really appreciated how quickly it was served.

A simple but tasty snack, especially when you’re in a hurry.“

“10/10!! THE best customer service I have EVER experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but the cashier Zoe was very quick to resolve the situation at hand. As a bonus, she even threw in a side of jalapeños. When I come back, I will make sure to ask for Zoe.?“

“This place is my favorite go to place for a snack at the block or wherever I go. Each time I go to the block I get some cause I love it. The pretzels taste amazing, but I especially love the cheesy dog bites. And I have to say it, they are better than auntie Anne’s. Totally recommend going here , and they are very quick with serving you.“

“The pretzels are sooo good when they are fresh. The dips are good. The customer service is great! The lemonade taste good. I got the mini cinnamon bites with the sweet glaze. So good! I also got the pretzel dogs. They were a little old but still not too bad. I also got the mini salted pretzel bites with the cheese dip and they were fresh out the oven. It was like heaven in every bite ????My son and I ate everything except the salted minis. There were way too many. They give you a huge portion!“

“The older Hispanic was top tier on her team she was working really hard to get our orders out . I appreciate her for that her other coworkers seemed to be moving really slow ! Unlike her doing her best and honestly holding it down at that place MS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE !!“

“I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“
