“My family went out and had a great experience. I had a chicken shawarma plate and it tasted very good. The portions are a decent size and we have leftovers for tomorrow. We also had walnut baclava and it was very good. Not only was the food fantastic but the atmosphere was also great. The owner was very nice and took care of our needs during our visit. “I’ve been showing up this CAVA since it opened up with my coworkers, and it’s been amazing! The wait times are super short, service is always great (thank you Reyna & Catherine for always going the extra mile & even remembering our orders), and the food is amazing! The only thing I would add is maybe some extra shade for the outdoor seating area and opening up the side door so that we can re-enter. “food is good but customer service is pretty bad. went here for the first time and did not feel welcomed and worker seemed annoyed i was a little confused on how to order, but i brushed it off. now coming in again hoping for a better experience as i loved my bowl, was met with the same unwelcoming and annoyed vibe. same worker then a literal minute later was laughing in the back with their coworker and slapped one with a glove to then touch the next persons food with that same glove (i saw :/). tbh as im typing this will not be coming back to this location :/

“Food was so good we ate here on our 7 day vacation in California, we drove to San Diego and drove back just to get more. 10/10 will return back when I come California again inshallah. The grill tomato with onion is so good and the meat cooked very good. Great service too, very kind staff.

Only downside is the outdated seats and tables

“As I stand hear dancing and writing this review I got to practice my Spanish with Daniel who has to be one of the coolest guys I have met within a time of ordering. The food made my mouth water as I anticipated eating.

I cannot wait to bite into this delicacy sitting in front of me.“

“I spotted this place while driving to See’s Candies and decided to give it a try, so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was on point. We were greeted right away, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming, homey vibe.

The menu selection is solid. We ordered the beef gyro and the chicken souvlaki plate. The beef gyro was very tasty, the meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The chicken souvlaki was also delicious, but the real standout for me was the hummus. It’s made in-house, and you can absolutely tell, creamy, warm, and honestly one of the best hummus dishes I’ve had.

It even brought back memories of Papa Cristo back in Mid-City LA, that’s how good it was. If you’re craving quality Mediterranean food, don’t pass this gem up.“

“I ordered the cinnamon oat latte, and I'm usually not a fan of oatmilk but it was balanced so well against the espresso and the cinnamon that it didn't dominate the flavor. It was a very smooth drink, not too sweet, not too bitter, and not too strong.

My wife got the strawberry matcha latte, and while the matcha was of a decent grade and quality, the strawberry isn't a puree, nor is it like a strawberry creme or milk added in, it's an additive in powder form and she doesn't tend to like that.

Their chocolate croissant, which we shared, was heated up as requested, it came with a line of melted chocolate drizzle on top, which I think was similar to Nutella but less thick in terms of consistency. It was also topped with powder sugar, and it had an inserted line of darker chocolate, maybe 65%, so pretty balanced against the sweetness of everything else involved.

The area the cafe is located in is nice, it's a large promenade with several nicer restaurants (it's also sort of attached to it's restaurant counterpart) and there's plenty to walk around and get some shopping done or walk off the drinks and baked sweets. Plenty of parking as well, and the mall itself is only a block or two north from the cafe.“

To my amazement they brought soo much food. So, if you visit this place you better be hungry! Good taste & reasonable. I'm pretty sure I will be going back here soon. Be aware though because this place is across Anaheim City Hall, you have to park at a parking structure, if there is none in the street.“
