Best customer service, from a sweet & helpful lady with blonde hair. She went the extra mile to assure I obtained my sub with the promotion that I was having problem with on my phone. Thanks again for your kindness and yummy sub.

Been to this SW for a couple of years now. Everyone has been doing great with customer service so far. Went in yesterday and today to order and the lady that was there I believe her name is (trabrille) she has such a horrible attitude, she seems like she's bothered that you came to order. Does not smile or greet you I felt very uncomfortable ordering but did cause I was already there. Let me start by saying I LOVE subway and eat at many of their restaurants all over LA and other parts of CA and I have NEVER felt the desire to leave a review until my visit today. I’m actually disappointed with myself that I didn’t let the lady know how wonderful she was before we left.
