I heard a lot about this place and waited until it opened it Calabasas.I would like to say that Triple berry cake is so famous for a reason. Though you can get 2 or 3 cakes for a same price as one cake here but they can never match the exceptional taste of the Triple Berry cake, a must try for Cake lovers!I also tried the the Beverly cake which was good but not exceptional.They also have a good selection of cupcakes.
Today(Sunday) was my first visit and it was amazing. I went in to pick up some treats for my wonderful nail ladies(which I bring them something every visit) and after seeing so many yummy options, I had to get something for my family. I got the brownie bits with caramel, dark chocolate chip cookies, chocolate macaroon, lemon bar and red velvet cupcake. Yes, a little bit of everything! I got the red velvet cake (and a couple Triple Berry Cake Jars) for my sisters birthday. I had never tried Sweet Lady Jane before- but it was amazing! The cake was soft and delicious, and the frosting was not as sweet as other cakes which is perfect. I served it with some fresh strawberries (a perfect addition).
