“Was driving through just looking for a cup of coffee and went to Coyote Cafe just expecting a coffee shop but was pleasantly surprised that it was a diner. The restaurant was very clean with lots of lovely art giving an incredible atmosphere. Our waitress was very nice and quick with serving our coffee and food. The price of the food was very reasonable, total before tip was $35.56 for 2 meals with coffee. Will be a regular stop on our travels“
