“They have the super soft yet chewy boba that's rare to find. I love this place don't get me wrong but my only complaint is that they're too syrup dependent. Hardly any menu items don't use syrup. One time I ordered something for my toddler that according to the menu only had natural fruit but when we got it it was very suspiciously pink. Tried it, and sure enough that thing was puure syrup. To be fair, I was asking a lot of questions to this obviously new person and I made it known that I wanted it a LITTLE sweet and we agreed to sweeten it using some vanilla ice cream. I think in the end I confused her a bit and she thought that it wouldn't be sweet enough for my 2 1/2 y/o and decided to add some syrup. Needless to say, it ended up getting tossed. I called, made it known, and they were gracious enough to gift me a free drink on my next visit.I've been a regular patron here for the better part of 4 years, filled out countless loyalty cards, and that's the only issue I've ever had with them. I really do love this place it's my go to summer time spot thanks to their icee milks. Their food is amazing too I highly recommend the green onion pancakes they are entirely addicting! And the people there are the nicest! I just wish they offered more stuff that was real and chilled out on the syrup.“

“Simply one of the best. Coffee is so good and the staff are all really nice. I wish there were more locations. They have Starbucks beat by a longshot. Not that burned coffee taste. And the selection of flavors has Starbucks beat too. They are awesome!“
“Absolutely stellar. Amazing food, attentive staff. Tables are a little small but they were functional. I spent an hour and a half or so there nursing coffee while I did some work on my laptop, they do have wifi. Food is reasonably priced.Vegetarian options: Vegan breakfast options available, stellar quality.“

She took the time to explain the history of her Coffee Shop , and gave me good guidance about the neighborhood since my family are pretty new to the Valencia area. “Amazing delicious donuts and pan dulce and anything they make! The staff there is amazing from the owners to everyone that makes the yummies!! they are so helpful and sweet. If you ever have a midnight craving for a doughnut or a bakery item, they are open 24 seven and they have the best hot chocolate and pastries. For Dia de Los Reyes they made roscas and for Valentine's Day they made heart conchas... so sweet and such an amazing idea! They are always very helpful with custom orders too :)“

“Came in with a friend the other day and I just have to leave a review because I absolutely love this place! The owner was soo sweet and she even informed us they get most of their ingredients fresh daily and they hand make their own vanilla!!! You can taste how fresh the food is and the love they put into it. The ambiance is beautiful and I will definitely be back.“
