“Great food at a great price! Delicious burgers, perfectly cooked and seasoned fries, and a great selection of milkshakes! I like the option to choose thick shakes, they are way better that way (and can last the drive till I get home to eat). Knocked off a star for being in a strip mall, but it is centrally located and if more upscale, it would command a higher price, which I am trying to avoid. All the kids working there are great, from the younger managers sweeping and cleaning up, to the counter folks looking to help and making delicious shakes- props to the owners for running a well oiled machine :)“

“Shake Shack Montgomery Village. The food quality stands out right away. Burgers arrive hot, juicy, and well seasoned. The beef tastes fresh and the buns stay soft without falling apart. Fries come out crisp and well salted. Service moves efficiently even during busy hours. Orders come out accurate and within a reasonable time. Staff stays friendly and organized, which keeps the flow smooth. The dining area stays clean and comfortable. Seating works well for both quick stops and longer meals. Pricing runs a bit high for fast casual, yet the consistency and quality make it worth returning.“

“I came into Carl’s Jr. having a really bad day over having to drive a very long way to fix my cell phone and it was literally a quick one button fix. All I wanted was a western bacon cheeseburger and fries. I got to meet Bella who is an extraordinary employee who totally brightened my day and reminded me a lot of my daughter. Unfortunately, I don’t live close but if I’m ever back in this area and I’m hankering for a western bacon cheeseburger, I will definitely come visit Bella and the wonderful crew here.“

“The dining room of this remodeled store just reopened for inside dining. There are a few glitches: 1. No napkins 2. Locked restrooms 3. No table locator markers at the kiosks“

“I am 67 I remember when they opened.i was 10. I think you guys do a great job . It would be great if you served rootbeer floats Again.or train your people how to make one.use a shake cup fill rootbeer first the a scoop of ice cream on top or what you use for your shakes. Very simple to do.“

“We had a wonderful dinner there. Great menu, good wine selection, wonderful service. We shared arancini balls for an appetizer, a fantastic Napa salad with candied walnuts, apples and blue cheese, and then a Thai chicken pizza. We would get each one of these items a second time! It is our understanding they reopened with a new menu in March 2025. We were here in June and the menu is great. Definitely would recommend Palisades Eatery.“
